Our home has a master bedroom with 2 walls of windows to admire the view of the Lake of the Ozarks. Located minutes away from the outlet mall and a 10'x24' dock slip available to go directly on the water. There are 3 pools located on the complex, a tennis court and basketball court. There is also a common area where you may use the charcoal grill for a cook out with the family! Enjoy the deck for great morning coffee or beautiful sunsets!

Great place to stay

The condo is very nice and clean with a nice view of the lake. The pool is right out your front door and it is heated so it was still open when we stayed in September. We were not fans of the camera on the back porch. Anytime you sit out there you feel like your being watched.

Great mini-getaway stay!

We went to Osage Beach for a mini-vacation with our parents (age 60+) & children (age 10 mos, 2.5 years). The property was perfect for all ages. Great views of the lake, not too many stairs, & very close to the pool. The condo was clean and had several convenient amenities. Short drive to lots of attractions & restaurants in the area. Great communication with the owners. Would definitely go again!

Weekend Getaway

We spent a long weekend getaway at Rich and Julies’s place. It did not disappoint. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Even the pool was right outside our door. They had lots of pool floats we could use. It was our first time in the Ozarks. We will be back! Julie’s book had everything in it, Including brochures to all the good spots around the area. It’s location was nice and close to everything, even the grocery store. We visited with their great neighbors. We enjoyed the view from the deck, especially in the morning and sunsets. Hello! We love our time at the Ozarks! We are both business owners in Nebraska and aren't able to get away much but when we do we always travel to the lake. Some of our favorite stops are the restaurants, bars and fun places to visit listed in our home book. We hope you enjoy your time at the Lake of the Ozarks as much as we do! Enjoy!

Why they chose this property

We love this property because of it's location! It's perfect if you are boating to get to the dock restaurants and if you're driving you have so many options for food, shopping, socializing and our most favorite place...Andy's Frozen Custard. Of course the view of the lake is pretty amazing too!

What makes this property unique

Our home is the perfect getaway! Not only is it a convenient location on and off the water but it has pool located out the front door, assigned parking and security on the premises.
