This well maintained and fitted out unit is perfect for a family getaway or 2 couples with 2 generous sized bathrooms, any easy stroll into town and on Bright's iconic Delany Avenue. It doesn't matter if you're in Bright to be active and outdoors or just to relax, stay indoors, sit outside on the patio and read a book, this property will suit. Lockable storage for your bike in the garage with a remote controlled roller door.

This property is managed on behalf of the owner by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate group).

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD POLICY
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

The kitchen offers an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer. A six seater dining table is on offer or perhaps consider enjoying your morning coffee out the sliding door in the morning sun.

A comfortable "Scandi" style 3 seater lounge with chaise plus single occasional chair located off the dining room in an open plan style. Smart TV and some board games to entertain the kids.

A reverse cycle split system is located in the loungeroom

Bright aoartment
Great spot to explore the wonders of Bright from. Nice and quiet given it’s on a main road. A neat and cosy place with a lovely big bath after exploring. A great addition would be an info folder with recommendations of eateries and activities. We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was better than in the photos
