Quaint get away

It was great. However there was construction right next door. It was furnished nicely. Coffee pot did not work so owners got a workable one. Have side view of marina, but it’s right across the road. I’d rate this as a 9 stars.

Super Location to the ocean!

The property was clean and maintained. It is literally on the water. If you want the ocean at your doorstep, you cannot get any better than this! We were minutes away from the shopping at public piers at Rockport. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our family vacation. The only negative thing I have to say is that I didn't look closely at the bunkbeds -- they have a weight limit of 160 pounds. I have a big teenager who didn't fit on the bunks. But that is my only negative thing I can say about the entire trip. I would definitely book again for this location. It was fabulous!!!!!

We booked this lovey space for my birthday celebration. It was so beautiful, Very relaxing and comfortable. I was very spacious and perfect for our weekend getaway. My son loved the proximity to the water and went fishing every time he got the chance. It was exactly the getaway we needed during this pandemic. We have all been working from home and participating in school online so we were in desperate need of some beautiful scenery and outdoor time. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, table and full sized refrigerator/freezer. We loved being able to make out our own food. This was the perfect place! You can sit on the porch and enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunsets. There is seating on the water to fish and watch the kids fish. Nice neighborhood for walks or runs. Very safe, comfortable and family friendly. I would definitely recommend Casa Familia and will return again soon! Thank You for a wonderful respite from our busy city.

Great Family Getaway!!

Casa Familia was a perfect place that had all we needed to enjoy our stay. We have been going to Rockport for many many years and this place ranks up there. What sets this place apart is it’s close location to the water with very peaceful and beautiful views all from your front porch. My kids enjoyed fishing across the street, flying kites and the walks along Water St. We will definitely recommend this place to other family and friends in the future. Thank you Blue Zoo Bay!
