Quiet & Cozy

We extended our original stay and needed another place because our original rental wasn’t available for additional dates. I’m glad that happened because we discovered this pleasant property! The place comfortably accommodates two people. I wouldn’t recommend more since it is small. The general cleanliness was very good. I found a few dusty corners, but as a veteran, I can be a little OCD. The location is in a nice quiet neighborhood and well within 4 minutes of grocery stores, restaurants and gas stations. Ron the property owner was prompt to answer (our correspondence was mainly through email) and pleasant to deal with. The only thing to consider is, you may have a difficult time accessing the guest parking if you have a long vehicle. You must make a narrow turn that is fine for a hatchback or sedan. But maybe not with a long bed truck or Suburban type vehicle. Our midsize Lincoln XT5 SUV rental had to make a front and back adjustment to enter and exit. But not a big deal. Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this place.

Perfect Stay

This cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood and the perfect place to stay in Bradenton, FL. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in this area. The owner, Ron Anderson, was attentive. I will stay here again when I return to Florida. This felt like a home away from home.

Lack of privacy - wouldn’t recommend

While this property seems private there are guests or the owners (unsure which) very close. You can hear them showering, talking through the walls and worst of all there is a hot tub right outside your bedroom window. Literally attached to your window. Two mornings guests would get in the tub it’s like you’re in there with them / they are in tour bedroom. When the curtains were open imagine how awkward this was seeing directly into your bed. I wouldn’t recommend this place for that reason. It was clean ish minus the coffee grounds left behind and bottle cap on floor, sock under bed etc. I’m not sure this is rental ready. Also another morning a man pitched a ladder again above the window from the bedroom. It felt constant lack of privacy.
