Pior estadia de nossas vidas

Sou cliente há muito tempo da Vrbo e minhas experiências com este site sempre foram muito satisfatórias, contudo, com a anfitriã, Sra. Ludimila, foi totalmente infeliz, para não dizer, desastrosa. Primeiramente, o anúncio prometia uma casa de 05 quartos, porém, após realizarmos o aluguel, a anfitriã nos informou que 01 quarto não estava disponível por motivos pessoais e que teríamos apenas 04 quartos. Apesar do anúncio prometer expressamente 05 quartos, eu e minha família compreendemos as razões da anfitriã, sem fazer objeções, exatamente para não criarmos empecilhos quanto à nossa locação. Ao chegarmos, a anfitriã nos apresentou a piscina com aquecimento e cromoterapia. Importante lembrar que uma das razões da escolha do imóvel foi a informação de que a piscina era aquecida, já que pretendíamos dias de relaxamento e a região onde se localiza o imóvel é muito fria, além de estarmos em pleno inverno. Quando chegamos à casa, a anfitriã nos informou que o aquecimento da piscina já estava ligado, mas que somente no dia seguinte a piscina estaria aquecida. Entretanto, no dia seguinte, a água da piscina estava GELADA. Tão fria que, mesmo com um dia ensolarado, estava impossível usar a piscina. Ligamos para a anfitriã e ela então nos informou que não teríamos piscina aquecida, nem pelo aquecedor elétrico, nem pelo aquecimento solar, pois ambos estavam com defeito. Lógico que ficamos totalmente frustrados, já que o anúncio prometia piscina aquecida e esta foi uma das razões da nossa escolha. Questionamos então a anfitriã, já que não poderíamos usufruir da piscina aquecida prometida pelo anúncio, que seria justo um abatimento no valor das diárias. Bom, resumindo, a anfitriã disse que, mesmo prometendo no anuncio piscina aquecida, ela não estava vinculada à casa e que não teria obrigação de cumprir com o prometido. Em seguida, enraivecida, ela cancelou UNILATERALMENTE a reserva, e enviou uma mensagem por whatsapp, informando que teríamos que abandonar o imóvel naquele dia mesmo e nos dava o prazo até às 21hs para encontrarmos outro imóvel para locar. Profunda falta de respeito com o hóspede!
