This newly renovated 4 bedroom 2 bath home features beautiful views of Lake Tahoe from almost every room in the house. On the entry level, there is a large game room with an entertainment center, a pool table and a pull-out sofa. There are 2 bedrooms on this level that share a large remodeled bathroom. Upstairs is the main living area, dining room, and huge kitchen perfectly suited for entertaining friends and family. There are 2 more rooms upstairs and a common bathroom. In the summer enjoy the large sunny deck perfect for relaxing and BBQ-ing after a day exploring all Tahoe has to offer. Public Beach is just down the road, do not use the private beach out front. Blackwood Canyon is just down the road offering great day hikes and a lovely creek. Or hop on to the bike path to Tahoe City. In the winter you are located minutes from Homewood Mountain and Alpine and Squaw Valley are 20 minutes away.

All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans.
