Private, spacious beach studio. Bright, beach decor and all you need for your beach getaway. Across the road from pristine Peregian beach. 50m to the beach access. Start your day with a walk, surf, or swim. Coffee by the pool, walk to brunch at a close-by cafe. Relax on your private deck before dinner in one of the exceptional restaurants in the village. Sleep well in a very comfortable bed. A picture perfect holiday! There is a warm outside shower for a post beach rinse as well as the private bathroom for Studio guests. Studio has a Kitchenette with 2 burner electric Cooktop, Fridge,Coffee Machine, and all the kitchen equipment you require. Television and WiFi. Beautiful pool and landscaped gardens. The perfect beach-side stay

I had a beautiful stay at Liz and John's place. The bungalow was clean and comfortable and had everything needed (kitchen supplies etc). Liz and John did a great job to make it feel homey and cosy. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the shops and restaurants - fantastic location. Liz and John were the best hosts - kind and welcoming, making sure I had everything I needed. They are incredibly generous in their hospitality - made for a lovely stay at Peregian!

Very cute and clean little studio at the back of a house on a quiet cul-de-sac. Would love to come back in future and spend a week going on nearby walks and lazing at the beach or beside the pool.

The studio was as advertised in a good location close to the beach and within walking distance of Perigean village which has an abundance of eateries and shopping. The hosts were helpful when needed and also respected our privacy

We were at Liz and Johns Private Studio from tuesday till friday , it was the most relaxing time we have had in a long time, we Had our 1 year old pup along for the stay wich made the trip all that more enjoyable. Beach Shack Peregian Beach

We had a very enjoyable stay here, Liz and John were perfect hosts. Everything was spotlessly clean, we could not have had a better more peaceful stay anywhere else. We loved it and will be booking in again.
