The Ground floor is home to the main features of the property, encompassing a fully equipped kitchen and three magazine worthy lounge spaces, providing plenty of room to find your own space amidst friends and family.

In the main sitting room, a leather sofa invites guests to perch themselves with a good book or perfectly chosen glass of local wine, while a log-burning fireplace will keep the Alpine air at bay during the cooler months.

The second downstairs living space, provides the ultimate multipurpose fitness and chill out space. Made up of a lounge nook inclusive of large flat screen TV where you can sit back and relax after a hard day of cycling, a personal fitness space equipped with commercial quality Star Trac Spin Bike, Physio recommended Yoga equipment as well as bike work station with bicycle storage racks, tools and all the required bells and whistles.

Also located downstairs is the master bedroom with luxe king bed, an additional king room with adjacent bathroom each with their own ensuite, a third bedroom with two luxe king single beds one main bathroom.

The main bathroom unique in its style offers all the necessities of a standard bathroom with the added bonus of a feature steam room.



Upstairs you will find the fourth bedroom that provides a luxe king bed (upon request this bed can be converted into 2 luxe single beds) as well as a fourth lounge space to enjoy.

The bedroom itself boasts a small external deck with uninhibited view over the treetops and across to surrounding hillside.
