This spacious 5 bedroom 2 bathroom home easily caters for 1 or 2 families. With its well equipped gourmet kitchen and quality appliances, you will enjoy cooking and serving your culinary delights at either the large glass dining table inside or the outdoor entertainment area.

The property is fully fenced and therefore ideal for families with small children. There is a gate from the alfresco area to the adjoining park area and gazebo so you can sit back and relax whilst the kids entertain themselves. With no roads to cross to the beach, it ticks all the boxes for that perfect family holiday.

The wood fire and reverse cycle air conditioning truly makes this a house for all seasons. All this and more will guarantee a wonderful stay in Dunsborough.

A great family staycation

Overall we had a great experience staying here. The layout is great for a family trip with huge common area and yet good privacy between 2 families for a long weekend. Recommended. Checkin/out process was easy and stress-free.

Perfect Dunsborough holiday home!

We had a family holiday in Dunsborough that included aunts, uncles, little cousins and grandparents - The Garden House was absolutely perfect!It is a great size, with 5 big bedrooms, ample living space, amazing outdoor space that opens up into a communal garden. Location wise, it is a than 2 min walk to the beach and a easy 10 min stroll to the centre of town. The house has been looked after well and is in good condition. Kate was very responsive, even refilling the BBQ gas bottle at 8:30am on a Sunday morning so that we could have our bacon and eggs for breakfast!Thank you so much, we hope to be back soon!

Great family getaway

What a great find Halcyon Bay was, great spot for the family, close to the beach and a short walk in to town. Accommodation was very comfortable and roomy, nice touch with the coffees and tea etc. So good not having to worry about linen also, highly recommend.

Everything we could have wanted!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for eight adults, the place was spotless, the amenities exceeded our expectations, walking distance from town centre and close to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our few days in House 20. The House was perfect for several families which we had. The house was clean and comfortable. It was equipped with everything that we needed. It is close enough to town to walk or drive. The beach is a short walk away. Plenty or parking for extra cars. We would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Perfect Retreat

Great place for extended family stay. Everything was so clean and tidy. Great room at the table for dinners and games. Easy walk to the beach and handy having the little park right next door for Bocce. Perfect holiday location, loved it.
