Perfect ski in/out without all the crowds. Walk out the door, exit downstairs and off to the lift! Ski way was easy getting back. Great corner location. Has everything you need for long or short stay.

The condo was beautifully nestled into trees, the location was close to everything, the BC resort area is so beautiful it look absolutely unreal. Idk what it looks like in the winter but you’ve got to see it in the summer! The balcony has a great view although it’s a little tight. You can hear the river (and a little road noise) when windows are open. The living room is cozy. The kitchen has everything you need. The bedroom is nice with a great view. The bathrooms are a little tight. Overall a great stay!

Already planning to return. Our stay was nothing short of perfect and romantic. The staff at the charter was amazing and kind. We could not rave enough about our time here. We were brought firewood every day for our room. We had a gorgeous view overlooking the mountains and snow and truly felt like a dream. We got engaged on this trip and I could not have imagine or dreamed of a better place to stay. Will be back in 2024. Thank you to the staff of the Charter for a warm welcoming and departure. It was my favorite trip I have ever taken. 10/10

Super convenient and cozy

Excellent communication on the stay. We easily checked in, parked in the garage beneath, and enjoyed the ski in/out access. The condo is next to the the rear stairs of Building 5, which made it super easy to get in and out to ski. We just had to go down a half flight of stairs to the door and ski out and back in. There was a ski rack next to the door in the stairwell to store skis. We also used the racks up front when skiing back on the trail in front of The Charter. Unit was clean and cozy. The sleeper sofa is maybe better for small kids; otherwise, two people will sink together into the center. Overall, a great stay : )

Ski Trip 2023

We had a great stay at this property. First time to Beaver Creek and we loved the mountain and this is in a great location. Unit is last one down the hall so all you have to do is walk down one flight of stairs and out the door and clip in and ski down to Elkhorn lift. We took the charter ski way past Haymeadow gondola back every day which drops you right in front of the Charter. You could also easily take a shuttle as I don't recommend the ski way if you are a snowboarder. About a five minute walk to BC village, or you can ride the Charter shuttle or village connect shuttle, very easy. Unit is on same floor as the spa so it is an easy walk down the hall there as well as the pool and hot tubs. Communication was prompt and all of our needs/requests were addressed quickly. Two things we would note: If you like to cook some of your own meals - there is no Tupperware or something similar to store leftovers, so keep that in mind. The laundry is okay if you need to wash an item or two, but don't count on it for more than that. Overall great stay and we would stay again if back in BC!

Great location with ski in/out availability. Great amenities. Comfortable space. Shuttle came in handy. Parking is extra at $30 a day. Didn’t find out till check out.
