Maison Matecumbe #307 - Maison Matecumbe is an exclusive gated and private boutique complex comprised of 9 units. Centrally located right in the heart of Islamorada within walking and biking distance to many restaurants, cafes, shopping, marinas and Islamorada's Art District. The unit has been totally renovated, brand new kitchen, beautiful bathrooms, decor and bedding. The unit offers an open lower level living room with kitchen and guest bedroom and full bath. Beautiful views of the Atlantic from the screened balcony. The upper level has a king master en suite and third bedroom with two queen beds. Newly renovated swimming pool and hot tub to spend your days lounging along with Maison's beach, outdoor kitchen, tiki hut and spa.

Many of our guests' re-book the same property on an annual basis. No reservation is confirmed until you speak with us.

Please note: before proceeding with your booking, kindly review the following information. This property is managed by a local Islamorada rental company, Freewheeler Vacations. Payments for your vacation rental will be made thru Freewheeler Vacations. You will also see a charge from VRBO which covers their booking service fee which is already included in the total cost. We prefer payments via personal check or eCheck. However, if you opt to pay by credit card, a 3% convenience fee will be applied to your rental. You will receive the Freewheeler Vacations Vacation Rental Agreement via email, which must be signed before your arrival. All future correspondence will be made through Freewheeler Vacations.

perfect for two couples

This place is fabulous. Beautifully restored and upgraded unit is bright, sunny, chic and comfy. Plenty of room for two couples or small family. Great kitchen, living space, patio overlooking ocean and pool, and brand new bathrooms. Everything freshly painted and well maintained. Easy, covered parking. Sue (rental manager) was super helpful before and during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

We were in the keys for a week’s vacation with our teenage sons. The villa was wonderful-great location, clean, beautiful grounds and pool. The villa is slightly dated and could use a few more kitchen utensils for those nights you’re staying in, and dressers for your clothes, but overall thumbs up. The location is on old route one which allows a nice quiet walk in the AM without a lot of traffic and also is within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Fantastic family stay

Wow! This place is amazing!!! It has the most amazing balcony views of the water! There are beautiful tropical palm trees with the most gorgeous extensive beach! The property is breathtakingly beautiful with pool/hot tub and so very quiet! It is in a great location in islamorada and the host was so wonderful to work with!
