Welcome to this modern and practical suite in La Condesa! It's the perfect space for travelers who want to explore the city from a clean, safe, and comfortable place. The apartment boasts a cozy bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, a living room perfect for relaxation, an outdoor dining area to savor delicious meals, a kitchenette to prepare your favorite dishes, a private bathroom, and a terrace to take in the fresh air. Please note that the apartment is located on the third floor, so stairs are required as there is no elevator. Additionally, there is a rooftop area available to all guests with a fire pit, and BBQ grill for you to enjoy. Make yourself at home in this charming studio in La Condesa!

Guest Access:
At The Gallery Condesa, our guests will have access to a kitchenette in every apartment and a full common kitchen, you can also enjoy the amazing roof garden with a grill, TV room, as well as high speed WiFi and cable TV in every room. Getting Around:

To get to our building located at Francisco Marques 149 in Condesa, please follow these instructions:

If you arrive by car or taxi, simply provide the address to your driver and they will take you directly to the entrance of the building. If you are using public transportation, you can take the subway and get off at the Patriotismo or Juanacatlan station. From there, you can take a taxi or walk for 10 minutes to the building.

Once you arrive at the building, you will find the main entrance which is a black façade with the Myplace logo. If you have difficulty finding the building, do not hesitate to contact us so that we can assist you.

Other Things to Note:
The quality of our beds is what makes us so proud, our Top Pillow mattresses will surely give you a great rest. Shampoo, conditioner, and soap are provided for free in the room. The grill in the Roof Garden is subject to availability, parties are not allowed. Smart TV available in the TV room. Small pets (maximum 8kg) are allowed with an extra cost of $40USD per pet per reservation.
