Perfect Getaway!

We were in St. George for a baseball tournament. We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and comfortable! The kids enjoyed the pool! We would definitely recommend this rental and we would book it again! Thanks for a great trip!

Amazing property for a family vacation. Great location, easy checkin and check out, well stocked, pool and pickle ball courts and more! Home was clean, updates and had thoughtful items from pool towels to pickle ball paddles. TV in every room and the fire pit was a perfect way to end a day of hiking. Absolutely recommend Wish we could have stayed longer.

Relaxation

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the ledges and have decided we will always choose to stay here. It has been a great experience both times and if I have had questions or concerns they were answered and resolved immediately.

Great place in beautiful St. George

Very nice property, clean and well maintained. Very close to community pool and pickle ball court. House is stocked with everything you’ll need including floaties, board games and books. We played golf all day, relaxed and Ubered food at night. If I had one teeny critique, it would be to please add non slip strips to the upstairs shower as it’s super slick! We will definitely use this place again next trip.

The internet reception is not the best, we were glad we brought a little nintendo to hookup for the kids.

Fantastic Property

This modern condo was is beautifully decorated with stylish, comfortable furnishings. Equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay, from the kitchen amenities to the bathroom toiletries, these hosts have paid attention to detail, anticipating the needs of guests while vacationing. . We had questions for the management and left a message after regular business hours. Kaitlyn returned the call that evening. We were impressed with her quick response and willingness to help us with a non-emergency. We can’t wait to visit St. George again and will definitely book the Hoodoo Haute property for our stay!

Family vacation

It was very nice peaceful area very private. First time in this vacation resort. Only problem we put trash out on Monday we left for the parks and came back to find someone had taken trash out of garage place in front of garage door. Nothing was taken from our personal things but it was strange. We followed rules with procedures of trash can. That was only incident. Housekeeper does a good job needs to dusk lamps in bedroom they were dusty.

As constructive criticsm, our main comment is the unit needs a deeper clean such as the washing machine having a moldly smell, floor mats a bit worn, better vacuuming under furniture and dusting needed around bedroom lamps and A/C- heat vents. Otherwise we had a great stay with very attentive service. Unit just needed a little more tending loving care from the cleaning service. This being said, we truly love the community.

Amazing place

We had a disaster of a trip down thanks to an I-15 snow storm mess, but it was amazing to arrive at this location. At first it seemed to be out in the middle of nowhere (arriving at 2:30 am can do that) but once daylight made it, we were only 5 minutes from downtown St. George! Overall amazing! We had one issue with a smoke detector battery but that was quickly resolved. Would suggest this place to anyone!!

Unsatisfied, But Pool Was Great

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhouse was clean and roomy. Needed more linens, and thicker pool towels. The couch pullout bed was horrible and old, we didn't use as the mattress was not sleepable - they did supply a blow-up bed, but not enough bedding. The internet did not work, and one of the smart TVs didn't work. This was disappointing because I had to do work and I kept getting dropped- management came and replaced the hardware that wasn't responding, but it did not fix the issue. None of our phones ever connected. The upstairs bathroom shower had no water pressure- we all ended up showing in the master bathroom. Disappointing. The sink was also plugged up, and maintenance had to come and unclog it. The heating system was off- the upstairs was like a furness but the main level was a bit chilly, even with the vents closed upstairs. Basic expectations should not be an issue for the amount charged for the unit! The pool was great and it was a quiet community. The management company was as helpful as they could be, they responded quickly and were very friendly.

Awesome experience

Comfortable and clean. Plenty of space. Lots and of ways to keep entertained - movies, games, books. Super close to the pool and pickle ball courts. Awesome amenities. Super close to Snow Canyon for hiking. Rental company was great to work with. Would recommend and will stay here again.
