5 mins away from Kitahama Bus terminal 6 mins away from Beppu Sta East exit

My house contain 2 type of rooms which are Japanese style rooms and western style rooms You can enjoy both of these styles
and you dont have to go out for taking hot spring because I have Hot spring in my house You can take hot spring anytime you want / Living roomJapanese style

とても清潔感のある施設でした。温泉があるのも良かったです。布団もふわふわで寝心地良かったです。子どもも含めて大人数での宿泊だったので、施設内の洗濯機で間に合わないときは、目の前にあるコインランドリーをすぐ利用でき、便利でした。 2階にもお手洗いがあるのがすごく有り難かったのですが、ハンドソープが一つしかなくて、手を洗いに一階まで降りないといけなくて結局買い足したので、欲を言えば2階の洗面所にも石鹸があると嬉しかったです。総合的にはとても良い宿でした！

困った時にお電話をさせていただいたのですが、すぐに対応してくださり、丁寧に優しく教えていただいて本当に助かりました。子ども達も部屋の露天風呂を気に入り、喜んでいました。お部屋も綺麗でとても居心地がよくみんなぐっすり眠る事ができました。夜の暗い時間にチェックインだっため、部屋を間違えてしまったり、チェックインのやり方もどうしていいか分からず焦ってしまいました。当日にメールが届いていたのですが、観光中で気づかなかったので、前日でもいいので、部屋の暗証番号のお知らせ以外はやり方をメールで送っていただけたら良かったなと思いました。目の前にコインランドリーもあり、旅行から帰ってからの洗濯を済ますことができて大変助かりました。あと、パーキングがどこにあるかわからず、何度も回って探したので、駐車場があればもっと良かったです！！子ども達も、「また泊まりたい！」と喜んでいたので、また利用させていただきたいです！
