Please Note: You are renting a cabin in the Hill Country which means you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Racoons, ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, and take caution while driving at night. You may also encounter the various bugs, spiders, scorpions and mice that live in the country AND sometimes do make their way inside. All properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee no pests or bugs will be visible.

Relaxation

This is our fourth stay at the house. We love the location. Quiet and peaceful. This time there was very little firewood for the fire pit and no utensils for the fire place. The refrigerator stopped working the second day. We were leaving the next day. The property manager was going to send someone. Overall not as good as our other three visits. Seemed a little more worn. We still love the location and would most likely stay again when we come in December for the Christmas parade if it is available.

Clean, charming, nicely furnished

This home worked wonderfully for our group of 3. The property is beautifully decorated with western-style art in every room. Comfortable furnishings, great TV, and selection of movies. Thoughtful amenities, from snacks for guests to a variety of bath supplies. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch, watching hummingbirds come and go, and even got to see deer wander by. A peaceful, beautiful home-away-from-home!

Couples Retreat

Second time at this property. We love it. All good. On the expensive side but we would do it again. I do wish they would allow 6 people to stay so we could share with our family. The property manager discussions have been curt and not much discussion or flexibility. However, the property manager was helpful when we had to change our dates three times. So despite the shortness of communicaition that result was good.
