This place is amazing. Wish we could have stayed more days. We really loved the apartment, resort, amenities, and the proximity of all the great stuff in Breckenridge. We absolutley loved it.

Thanks for the great review! Glad you loved the apartment, resort, amenities, and the location near all the great things in Breckenridge — we wish you could’ve stayed longer too! You’re welcome back anytime.
Location was great! Room was in good shape. Classic ski hotel vibes. Didn’t expect to pay for underground parking but may have missed that note. That added 150 to the trip. Overall it was a good stay.

Hi Jared--thanks for the feedback. Glad you had an overall good stay. And we try to list the parking details in every listing, but we can see how it could get missed. Thank you for highlighting it again here to help future guests be prepared. We would love to host you again next time you're in town.
The location of this property is great to jump on the beginner hills and get your rentals right on site. The overall resort and room could use some deep cleaning and repair. Parking was convenient and the free shuttle was fantastic to be brought into town and back.
We like these Beaver Run Building 4 Studios for the locker room and great ski in/ski out above Beaver Run lift at base of peak 9.
This unit is small but works for 2 adult skiers who eat lunch and dinner out every day.

Great location and price
You get what you pay for. Ski in, ski out. Reasonable cost relative to other nearby rental options. Room was very dated and needed repairs
Escaped the Texas heat in Breck. Beaver Run is always a great spot for single or couples travelers. Plenty of amenities ( pools, hot tubs, game rooms, gym facilities, deli, etc).
The room was just OK, even for a single traveler. No AC but fans were available. Luckily the temps got down in to the upper 40s at night. So windows open helped that situation. Building 4 has its own pool and hot tubs. So that is a plus.

I don't usually leave bad reviews, but we were somewhat disappointed in our stay. There was exposed wiring from a removed smoke detector, the ceiling had some water damage, the mattress for the pull out sofa had a stain, 1 of the 2 fans did not work (and it was hot due to no AC / bed was far away from sliding door so no air circulated), there was only 1 hand towel, and while they did provide a coffee pot and filters there was no coffee (not even to get us started). However the amenities outside the room almost made up for it. The indoor/outdoor pool and rooftop hot tubs were nice and the arcade area was super fun! Overall not the worst, but compared to the pictures on VRBO the room was more run down than expected.
The location is good for what we wanted. We were in town for the Oktoberfest from Denver. We could easily walk downtown and found the resort quite cute. Spencer’s has a killer happy hour from 3-5. The room was small, but there were two of us, so it worked. If you sleep more than two in the space, you should all be related because there’s really no personal space. The room had a slight smell of smoke. Also, our neighbor a few doors down spent, what felt like hours in the middle of the night, loudly telling her roommate how their life is so much better since they met her. The roommate must not have been convinced because said woman continued to loudly try to convince them. So, yeah, walls are thin.

We're so glad you had a great stay overall! There's not much we can do about the guests down the hall arguing, but thanks for not letting it ruin your trip!
Not as advertised - filthy, dirty, busted down room with a non-responsive property manager!
Filthy, dirty property with missing smoke detector, burned-out light bulbs, broken kitchen cabinets, water stained ceiling with chipped and falling epoxy ceiling cover, shower filled with mildew, unmopped toilet room floor where you could see dried urine and other biologicals on the floor, the sofa reeked of body odor, the shag carpeting was heavily stained, no towels or wash clothes. Calls to the property manager were not returned. Beaver Run front desk said we were on our own since this was a private VRBO deal. This place is a real dump and the property manager should lose listing privileges! I have pics to back up my statements.
Great location. Studio apartment was perfectly adequate for 2 but was a little tight when we had four. Our guests said the couch hideabed was surprisingly comfortable.
This was a perfect apartment for us for a spring ski trip. The location is convenient to downtown and ski in/out was great. Perhaps not the most modern or new facility but still acceptable. We stayed at the grand Colorado on peak 8 during our last trip which is certainly newer and nicer with indoor parking but also more expensive. We would recommend this location and would stay here again.
We love Beaver Run and stay there every time we can. We got a great rate on this unit and overall we were pleased. The towel rack in the bathroom shower was broken and the table for dining was somewhat broken, as well. Unit needs a few kitchen items .... especially a skillet and the humidifier did not work very well. That said ... we would still return to this unit again.

Too expensive
You pay entirely for location! The facility is in dire need of repairs and communication with various involved personnel was iffy. We will not stay here again
Great property, Fantastic Location, Wonderful Stay
Loved the property and location. Facilities were great (we even used the laundry). Condo was well appointed and comfortable. Probably time for a new mattress, though.
Had a great time here given access to skiing and views of the slopes. Resort has tons of pool areas and lockers. Had a great time here and would highly recommend for a unique experience and ease of access to the lifts.
This property is not fancy, but is certainly adequate! The convenience to the lift is great. The resort is pretty spread out, so getting to and from the car with your skis is a bit of a chore—but wasn’t a big deal to me.
This is the best location at Peak 9 , a true ski in/out location. Get out the back of the building put the ski on and 50 feet down hill is the Beaver run chair lift. Also great is the fact this list is not as busy as Quicksilver. Awesome, a little small as compared to others but we were here to ski. Great pool area indoor or outdoor. The only downside was the parking, we were charged a daily fee for parking. That left a stain on the whole experience but still, we had a great vacation.
