We loved our visit to Breckenridge and staying in this condo was great. Having a private hot tub to enjoy in the snow, great views, and perfect location to walk everywhere. The ONLY negative was that the mattresses were uncomfortable. But after long days full of activity we crashed nonetheless. Would very highly recommend, and can’t wait to come back!
We had an absolutely amazing weekend it's a beautiful condo, well cleaned and beds were comfy! We will be back it's perfectly placed in the town we didn't have to move our car the whole weekend!
Lovely, comfortable unit right in the heart of downtown Breckinridge. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Right on the little river that runs through town. We walked til we dropped and then came home and sat in front of the lovely fire place. Would happily come back.
We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location was great for getting out and walking around. The unit size was perfect for my family. It had everything you could need. The underground parking was nice esp given we got so much snow!
The only thing I could recommend for this unit is to update the TVs. No streaming on any of them.

Great Potential
Location is fantastic. Unit has a lot of potential but definitely showing its age and need of maintenance. Hot tub jets were very weak. Carpets were stained in a lot of areas. Upstairs bathroom shower door did not always close properly and shower head was terrible. Upstairs bed was terribly uncomfortable.

Very worn and outdated and hot!
We were quite disappointed to discover the worn and cramped unit (we had to keep suitcases in the dining area because the downstairs bedroom was so tight). The carpets are stained and paint is peeling in the bathroom (which had a total of 4 washclothes for the unit so come prepared). There are no "smart" tv's so no streaming. The biggest issue was that only one of the windows downstairs was in working order and could be opened, so we had to rely on a fan in the one working window to cool the unit. We loved the location and spent as much time as possible out of the unit, but this was not what we were expecting.

Needs maintenance
We arrived to 90 degrees inside with the windows inoperable. The dishwasher was also close to inoperable. Had to pull out in order to close. Ice maker was off. All the lights were disconnected from their switches. Took us a while plus a maintenance guy to function in the unit. I had my 88 year old parents with me and heat in unit was not fun.
So, property was (basic) clean, but did need a seasonal “Deep Clean” Ie; places that a regular cleaner could not get to like the ceiling fan and the upper windows in the living room.
We walked through the unit when we first arrived and noticed two windows that were not, and could not be shut. In fact, most every window in the place was non fictional in some respect, but the two that let cold air blow in were of concern. Called the unit management to let them know, and they seemed unconcerned. Not my heating bill, stuffed a towel in one window and kept going. Tried to use the hot tub (a major reason we selected this unit) and found it to have an “HL” error and was only 84 degrees, so we shut the breaker off 30min to reset. Tubs water seemed WAY low….. as in just barely made it into the filter, about 10”-12” lower than i would expect. Tub reset and heated up to 104, but that was 4-5 hours after reset. So couldn’t use the tub the first night. Next morning, tried to make coffee, coffee maker doesn’t work. Called management to let them know…. Again, very nonchalant, not even an apology for it not working and was told “I’ll see if we can get someone to bring one later today” Code for, not happening, and in form, did not happen, so we had to make coffee runs both mornings despite having a coffee maker in the room. Other things, bathroom sink runs constantly, trim ring in shower falls off, one of the lights above the sink is missing a glass shade and the socket for the lightbulb
We had a wonderful time and could not have been happier with this location and the accommodations. Everything was clean, pretty, and very handy for both shopping and skiing. We will definitely go back!
I have stayed at a variety of locations in Breck over the years. This place makes my list of places I'd stay at again. The unit was spacious and with 2 bedrooms, providing enough room for 2 couples or a small family. The master bedroom is upstairs and gives easy access to the (very private) jacuzzi.
Unlike many of the rentals in Breck, The complex is smaller and well situated with a great view of the small lake that Ollies sits on. The unit was very clean.
The location and amenities were perfect. We love Park Ave Lofts. And the bonus of a hot tub was awesome. But the kitchen has such basic pots and utensils, it was weird. And giant plates and bowls. And absolutely no cooking supplies. I don’t expect a rob to have a cabinet stocked with much but salt and pepper, some oil and maybe a random spice would have been nice. Cooking just breakfast as tough. Just be prepared.
Our family of four loved staying here! It was a very nice place and the location was great. You can walk to everything. It was very clean and very nice. Would definitely stay here again.
