Located a few blocks from top quality restaurants,bars and cafes in Hay and Murray Streets. Banks, boutique shops, hairdressers, pharmacy, convenience store, medical practices are all walking distance from your front door.
Take the free bus service to Perth's attractions such as Elizabeth Quay, The Bell Tower, Yagan Square, The Perth Mint, Northbridge, London Court, Graffiti Laneways, Cathedrals, Swan River foreshore and beautiful parks. A short 1.5 km drive to King's Park to see the spectacular view of Perth skyline.

Getting Around:
There is a parking available at the apartment for one car. Some street parking out the front of the apartment block.
The free Yellow and Green bus services bus stop is a 3 minute walk.
City West Station which is one stop from the city is a 3 min walk. Train goes to the city and Fremantle. Car hire rental companies in or close to the city include Bayswater Hire, Burswood Car Rental, Thrifty Car Rental, and Hertz Car Rental.
2 minute walk to bus services on Wellington and Thomas Streets.
The Perth Information Centre is in Murray Street Mall.
7 minutes walk to Hay Street Cafe Strip
20 minutes walk to Perth Busport in the city

Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide photo ID to host as requirement from Property Management Company for using the apartment for short term rental. This ensures safety and security for all guests and apartment owners. Photo Id's will be deleted on checkout. Guests can send the photo ID by Airbnb message or email.
Noise level needs to be extremely quiet after 10 pm especially on balaconies.
Guests who have gatherings and parties and are asked to leave will not receive a refund.
If a guest cancels their booking a refund will be given based on the refund policy, but we reserve the right to withhold a certain percentage of the payment if a third party processing fee is incurred by us, as a result of cancellation.

Interaction with Guests:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment and parking for one car in the carpark.
We do not live on the premises but we will endeavor to attend to your messages and calls as soon as possible. We provide an information booklet covering everything you need to know about our complex.
