Place was dirty. Took us 3 days to clean it. Garage door broken. Back door would not latch, wind would blow it open. Pictures of inside were 20 years old. Dining room light broken. Had to fix exhaust fan lights. Some much dirt in cabinets we had to rewash everything. Dirty dishes in the stove and dishwasher. Weeds everywhere. Windows broken, screens with holes. Terrible place.

Thank you for your feedback. We take guest experience seriously and were surprised by these comments, especially given the circumstances of this stay. This guest occupied the home for nearly two months, and during that time we maintained open communication and promptly addressed any concerns brought to our attention. At no point were these issues reported in the manner described here, nor were we given the opportunity to resolve them during the stay. We maintain this property to a high standard, as reflected in our consistent 5-star reviews across both VRBO and Airbnb. Our cleaning team follows a detailed turnover checklist, and the home is thoroughly inspected prior to each arrival. Claims such as the home being unclean upon arrival or requiring “three days to clean” are inconsistent with both our process and the experience of hundreds of prior guests. Regarding maintenance items mentioned: any legitimate issues are addressed promptly when reported. We encourage all guests to communicate concerns during their stay so we can make things right immediately. It’s also worth noting that this stay involved multiple instances where house guidelines were not followed, which created challenges on our end as hosts. We stand behind the quality of our home and encourage prospective guests to review our full history of feedback, which provides a far more accurate representation of the experience we provide.

Spacious home only 15 mins from Fort Huachuca. We were there visiting our son and it was perfect for our time with him. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The home was fully stocked and we especially enjoyed the pool. Gas stations, food, and grocery stores were 5-10 mins away. Cute towns of Bisbee and Tombstone were 30 mins away and perfect for a quick day trip. Host responded to our questions quickly prior and during our trip.

Our stay at this home in Sierra Vista was exactly as described and a perfect fit for our needs. Pool was too cold and hot tub wouldn’t heat. There was also a lot of goat heads and old dog poop in the yard. House wasn’t bad other than I think the toilet paper was horrible. So I would recommend to bring your own. The pool and hot tub is what attracted us and neither was even close to 80 degrees and would not warm up. In the end it wasn’t bad, but I could of got one up the street with out the pool for half the price.
