This budget-friendly, 3 bedroom holiday villa sleeps six people comfortably and is perfect for groups and families alike. Air-conditioned throughout, this villa is a short walk to town centre and there is plenty of parking space for your boat.

Please note this property has a minimum night stay of 3 nights.

Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Strictly no smoking inside this property and no pets.

Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am.

Minimum age for booking is 25 years.

This accommodation is not serviced, it is self-catering though we do provide bed linen and bath towels. You will need to bring your own pool/beach towels. As a goodwill gesture, housekeepers provide a limited provision of toilet paper and cleaning items. This supply is intended as a starter pack only and will not necessarily cover the duration of your stay. You will need to purchase more of these should you run out and these can be obtained from one of the two IGA supermarkets located in town. This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability.

Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle. Experience the delectable cuisine of the numerous local restaurants and cafes. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary.

Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.

Great location near town centre.
Old buildings but quite adequate and very roomy. We enjoyed having 2 bathrooms. Communication was good and check-in went smoothly

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were a few issues with the unit. Rats coming in 1st few nights. The manager was excellent. Very prompt at dealing with all our issues we encountered....responded within the day. Provided a rat trap, new toaster, maintenance person when we couldnt close the windows etc, and then sealed off the hole where the rats were coming in. The unit is old but has been renovated well. Would definitely recommend due to the way the management looked after us. As professional as anyone we have dealt with both in Australia and in the world.
