Uber/Lyft are available and cheaper than parking fees at theme parks.

IMPORTANT- THE SMALL PRINT:
Unlike a hotel, we do not have full time staff on location. Please note that you are staying in a private unit in a resort. We contract a cleaning company to service our property and supply a limited amount of paper product & consumables (e.g. a few rolls of toilet paper & kitchen towels, small soaps, etc) before your stay. We do not resupply these items during your stay and kindly ask that you supplement paper products & consumables for your needs. There is pharmacy & grocery store in walking distance for resupplies.

Daily cleaning is not part of the nightly rate. Additional cleaning services, like a change of linens or towels, are available for a fee.

The photos are of the actual unit, however, we change furniture, accessories, art work and small appliances when needed. Some of these items may look different than in the pictures in the listing.

Guest must be at least 21 years of age by check in.

The small closet in the third bedroom ( with the single beds) has been converted to a service closet and is inaccessible to guests. There are large closets in the other two main bedrooms.

Our property features a temperature, humidity, and volume sensor located in the living room. This allows us to monitor the health of the air conditioning unit (temperature and humidity) and to prevent unauthorized parties. The device does not record sound (voice) or pictures.
The air conditioning does not have a heater, however, we have extra blankets on demand for the 3 nights of cold weather per year.

Please use appliances as they are intended to be used.
We are not responsible for the loss of valuables or personal belongings of our guests.
We are not responsible for the spoilage of food and beverages.
We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
We are not liable for the closure of any amenity or denial of access of our guests.

Please note all amenities are managed and operated by the Vista Cay Resort. This includes the pool areas, BBQ areas, gym, play room, and sports courts. The resort management may change the opening hours or close any or all amenities for any reason. The resort management may deny or remove guest access to amenities if their posted rules are not followed. Please inquire with Vista Cay Resort representatives for any questions regarding access to resort amenities. Any disruption to the hours and/or availability of an amenity during a guest stay does not constitute valid reason for a refund.

We do not accept third party reservations or reservation transfers to other guests. The booking guest must be the guest checking in and be present during the entire stay. We reserve the right to cancel non compliant reservations without a refund and vacate individuals from the premises that are not listed on the reservation.

Interaction with Guests:
I'm almost always available by email and phone, Debora will be available if I am not.
I contract a local cleaning company and maintenance person that are available for emergencies.

The front door can be opened with a key code - no more keeping track of keys. Your family can go different ways during an outing without worrying about who has the key!

Amazing property and outstanding service from owner

This property is beautiful and located perfectly for Disney,SeaWorld,top golf and many other attractions we even did a day in bush gardens that was about a hour drive but with the ease of access to the interstate was still convenient. I can’t say enough about how great the host was they were very responsive to any needs or questions I had. I would definitely recommend this location to any of my friends and family and will definitely be staying here again in the future.

LOVED THE VIEW OVER THE LAKE!

The hosts were wonderful and communicated quickly. The condo was clean and comfortable. But for an overworked mom who just wanted to relax while the kids enjoyed Vista Cay, sitting on the veranda overlooking the quiet lake, taking in the wildlife, while drinking my morning coffee was heaven!

The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with appliances (the coffee pot was broken but the owner was very receptive and attempted to get us a new one during our stay). The condo, other than new flooring, was pretty worn and dated. It wasn’t the cleanest as staff had left towels in the dryer, used towels by the tub they were cleaning, air vents were dusty, etc. The owners were extremely easy to talk to about any questions we had. Overall, it was adequate for our stay.

Our Universal Studios Trip

This rental was perfect for our family. Property was clean and well kept. Although we did not get to use it due to time restraints, the pool looked amazing. There is an electric vehicle charging station right out front of the unit. The unit was very nice, with plenty of room for our family of five. We couldn't ask for anything more. Joe was very accommodating and responded to any questions we had immediately. We will definitely stay at Joe's property again. Thanks Joe!

First and foremost, the location was fantastic. Publix being close was very convenient and the proximity to SeaWorld and Discovery Cove made the visits easy. The pool area was great and the condo was quiet. That said, I am not rating this a five star stay because maintenance and cleanliness was an issue. I would compare this to a stay at Comfort Inn vs a high dollar Hampton. Adequate for what was needed and again, the location was great (as was communication with the owner) but it is aged and not as well maintained as it should be.

We have stayed at Vista Cay 4 times over the last 5 years. Every experience has been a good one. However, this most recent times was above and beyond our expectations. I would definitely stay here again, this particular condo is located on the top floor at the very end of the hallway which makes it very quiet! The balcony faces trees and a pond of some sort, very serene...the property was pretty clean, a few hairs and dust balls in the corner, but overall clean..the couch in the living room is pretty low, so if someone has back or knee problems, you may want to sit at the dining table instead! The only inconvenience was the iron, the wines glasses and some of the other items are up pretty high,my friend and I are shorter adults both about 5'2" and I had to use kitchen tongs to reach the wines glasses, my friend was able to maneuver the iron down, but we couldn't reach to put it away...theres plenty of extra pillows and blankets if needed...the main security gate was broken so anyone could drive into the property that was a bummer, it wasn't fixed until our last night there...because it is a condominium complex, the main gate repair I'm sure is out of the owners control, however, I did notify them...overall it was a great location, 15 to 20 minutes (only because the traffic in Orlando is horrible!) from all the major attractions, there's a shopping plaza in walking distance very convenient....it is a very nice property that I highly recommend!

This was a great property -- we had plenty of room to spread out which was really nice (18 & 20 year old children). It was also convenient to both Universal and Disney parks -- we did some of both. And the pool was great to cool off one evening.
