Our stay

we enjoyed our stay very much, we had an issue with the hot tub when we arrived, and the fix was put into action immediately, and we were kept up to date on the progress. and they were happy to oblige to a refund when requested for days lost. ( which was only a small part of our stay) The home was clean and easily accessible. The only thing I felt was missing was a list of important info while there, EG: how to work the TVs, or local restaurants nearby or Tips, basically a welcome to our home, here is some useful information while here. we would recommend and we would stay again.

Family Fun

House was clean and nicely decorated. The host was very responsive. The heat for the spa was excellent. The only thing that we noticed was the a/c for upstairs was set on 79 and we were unable to keep the temperature adjusted at night. Overall, we had a very enjoyable visit. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Family Vacation

We had a great time together. Everyone was in the mood to just stay put and enjoy time together and this house was perfect for that. We swam, played games, cooked and got take out, watched movies and simply enjoyed family, rest and relaxation.

Month long stay. With family members visiting.

Almost a 5 star. We had a great time. The house is beautiful and spacious but could use a little updating. The manager responded to every questions and request almost immediately! The 4 rating is not about the house…the club house is very nice, but it’s a hassle to get in. Had to stand in line in order to check in. Staff was very rude. Bags were checked to make sure you didn’t bring in anything to eat or drink. (A problem for toddlers). Got a wrist band once you passed through the process, but it’s only good for that specific day. So the process starts all over again the next day. We’ve stayed at other vacation homes with beautiful community pools that were so much easier to navigate.
