The house has a lot of character! My favorite part of renting this house was the quick response time. I had a lot of questions and they were always quick to respond. I find that is very important when renting a house. We had issues with the pool heat. They sent someone right away. Overall the house is great. We enjoyed our stay. I'll definitely rent from them again. Thank you.

The house was a fantastic last minute replacement for an airbnb that fell through the day before check-in. The property owners were quick with communication and replies. The property is clean, beds are comfortable, the pool was a blast, and the house was filled with lots of games and TVs for people to have fun throughout the house.

Perfect House in Perfect Location

This property was amazing and was by far the best themed house we’ve stayed at in the Orlando. This property was able to accommodate 4 families with children. There were plenty of amenities at the house and in the neighborhood/surrounding area for both the children and adults. We are looking forward to booking this property again.

We stayed with our 6 kids over Christmas and we had a great time spending time as a family and playing games and watching movies! The kids loved having the pool and spa! Spa could have been a little quicker to get warmer but we had a blast!!

House was amazing, Parking was good for 2 cars in the driveway and extra parking lot was literally next door and the clubhouse was a 10 minutes walk or 3 minute drive. The family always had options and we didn't hear, "I'm bored" for the 1st time ever on vacation. Love, Love that there were child safety locks on all doors and child gate around the pool to keep the toddlers safe as we all know they are little houdinis! The only issues we had was the cable kept going out but that was Spectrum issues, not anything to do with the home. The only concern we had at the home was that the fuses seemed to trip easily. It only happened two or three times and only when we were all doing multiple things.Throughout the home. We would text the maintenance team, and they would come out and take care of it. No, harm, no foul, and still very, very enjoyable. May need an electrical upgrade to the home with so many amazing things to do! Definitely recommend as it had something for everyone. Thank you!

Our second time staying at this house....Check in was a breeze and the house was ready at 3:45pm. The AC worked great, the house was spotless and all rooms are actually bigger than expected. We had 14-16 people in the house and never felt crowded. The kids LOVED the theater room, the Beach hut (under the stairs) and the game room upstairs. every night we had a "Movie on the Pool". We love the Oasis waterpark and recommend getting a Cabana for the day (200) -A/C, couch, TV, bathroom. We brought a tension babygate to "contain" the toddlers downstairs and the pool fence was a lifesaver with 2 fearless toddlers. This house is our preferred because of the extra parking space 1 door down, the great pool/porch area and the big tables so everyone could eat together. The only thing that could improve the home would be ceiling fans on the porch - July in Florida is brutal, but we brought our own cheap box fans for that. Also, a rug for the sliding doors next to the pool (tile floor gets slippery with water) -we used one of the pool towels. We'll be back next year!

Family Vacation

Pictures are accurate. Great place for family close to Disney but Universal takes at least 1-1.5 hrs due to traffic. Good parts-the game rooms were a winner for our family and so was the movie theater. If you get the heated option on pool and hot tub just know it only goes to 88. The movie theater hands down was amazing. It has great sound and is extremely comfortable! The down side for us was the air is not adjustable. I don’t think it got 72 in the house the entire stay. We sweated every night. We are from South east Georgia and our air conditioning stays at 68. The other part is if you are use to pillow top mattresses then you will not like the beds. They are FIRM!! Oh and if there are several wanting showers good luck! I don’t know how many hot water heaters it has but if two people are showering at the same time the hot water will run out. But the house is big and it provides lots of extras that keep the children busy and happy! Worked well for us!

If you are looking for a happy family vacation, I would not recommend this home. We have stayed in multiple VRBO homes through the years and I have never had such a poor experience as with this home. Upon reserving the home I began receiving a multitude of lengthy messages regarding rules and regulations for the property. We were respectful of all rules and regulations despite feeling the sheer number of messages and steps for check in did take away from some of the enjoyment of time away from work. There was a message left saying that one of the joystick controllers was broken and they knew about would fix it - fine, but it was not fixed in the time we were there. We decided to add heat to the spa tub - which was really cold. I was charged immediately for the heat however, it was not turned on until the afternoon of the next day. We ran into some delays the morning of checkout and were charged 150 for not having everything out of the home at 10:00 am. It was stressful dealing with this property and it did not at all add to our family vacation having to deal with such a cold owner who expects guests to be robots instead of humans and children. No matter how great a property is if the guests are not treated kindly despite showing kindness it will not be a good vacation. I can not recommend staying here.

The real reason for your 1 Star review is because we charged you for a late checkout. You stated this to us in our communication. We had other guests checking in that afternoon, and we made it very clear that you needed to be out by 10 AM to give the cleaners time to prepare the home for the next guests. Since you were so late leaving, the property manager had to juggle cleaner schedules and bring in extra cleaners. Regarding the multitude of lenghy messages - You received an email with links for our rental contract and reservation form, an email 2 days before your check-in date reminding you about your reservation, an email when you arrived welcoming you, and an email 1 day before your departure to remind you of the checkout. None of them lenghy. We have never ever heard this complaint before. And, regarding the pool heat - You asked for it to be turned on the last day of your stay. We only charged you for one day's pool/spa heat and did not charge you for the special trip the property manager had to make to the house to turn it on. We have reported your review to VRBO hoping they will remove it. They should because your review is solely because we charged you for a late checkout, which you could have easily prevented.

Best Decision Ever!!

The house was amazing and bigger than the pictures showed. Lots of living space- never felt crowded for our family of 14. And the great- grandfather also stayed a night due to hurricane displacement. Six kids from 1-9 years old- they LOVED the game room,the play area under the stairs and the themed bedrooms!! I specifically chose this house for the pool furniture- a table and a couch area, plus it had a bar with an outdoor refrigerator. I wanted outdoor space to chill!! We spent a whole day in the pool/ porch area and spa and we had a blast. We are local- from central Florida so water parks, pools are pretty common for us. But the kids loved the day at the Oasis community waterpark ( and the adults loved the drinks and lunch from the pool bar). I would highly recommend the air conditioned cabana with a bathroom, tv, couch and refrigerator PLUS the waiters from the bar come by every 30 minutes to take orders. We could relax while the kids swam and went down slides. The 2 babies slept in the air-conditioning. So easy!! The theater room was the coolest (literally temperature-wise!!) and the kids and adult-kids spent ever night in there after dinner. Be sure to bring some whole-kernel popcorn for the popcorn machine in there- and it has another refrigerator in there. We ordered all dinners to be delivered, so we didn’t have to cook and clean. There are a lot of options!! We normally do our family vacations at the beach, but we believe we’ll come here next summer!!

Started Off Disappointing

The property was as the pictures showed. It's a very nice house. We loved the fact that they provided 2 washers and dryers. Movie room was nice and comfy. Kids loved the game room. The check-in process was excruciating. Everyone check-in at 4pm and the line coming into the main gate to get access was crazy long. They definitely need a better process. However, that wasn't the biggest disappointment. Our very 1st night we saw roaches in the kitchen. I called the property manager the next day and he sent pest control out the same day. We had to call again 2 days later because we still saw roaches in the kitchen. Pest control was sent back out the same day. Thankfully, we didn't see anymore roaches the rest of our stay but it was a very disappointing start to our vacation. In addition, the property did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned. When we entered the property we took our shoes off at the door (this is what we are accustomed to doing at home) and those with white socks showed the dirt from the floor. It appears the "professional cleaners" are cutting corners. I suggest adding additional cleaners if the time frame between rentals is insufficient for the staff at hand. The use of the grill should be included at no additional cost (at least not for weekly rentals) and it would have been nice to have an iron and board along with more cooking/baking pans.

Yvette - We had not had any issues in this home with bugs before your stay. There was a lot of rain during your stay, and that tends to drive them inside. The property manager took care of the bugs as soon as possible. You sent a message to the property manager that you were disappointed in your stay with no details. I then messaged you asking was there anything else besides the bugs, and you never replied. If you had contacted the property manager about the floor, he would have immediately sent the cleaners back to the home and had them clean it better. There is an iron and ironing board in the home. No idea why you could not find it. You should have called the property manager, and he would have told you where it was. If you don't communicate with us, we can't fix things for you. We appreciate you staying with us. We rarely receive anything but 5 star reviews. We are sorry that yours was not. If you had communicated with us, it would have been.
