Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This two-bedroom, two-bath property features skylight and vaulted ceilings. This unit sleeps a maximum of 6 people, with a queen bed in the master and two twin beds in the guest room. This townhome is non-smoking and pets are permitted. Short walk to the year round amenities Mammoth Estates has to offer such as the Game Room, Jacuzzi and Sauna. Take a plunge in the beautiful pool in hot summer months or just soak in the sun surrounded by beautiful landscape.All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Great location, space worked for us!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is walking distance to the Village, which is convenient for skiing out of Canyon. The space met our needs (family of 5) with one sleeping on the sofa bed. The unit was clean and cozy. No laundry in unit, though. Could have used more trash bags than provided. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No internet. We waited for the technician and he never showed up. We got the next door wifi but the wait was unnecessary.The rooms were dusty.
