In the best location in Mudjimba you have several cafe’s and takeaways, including amazing fish & chips, wine bar & coffee all minutes walk away. There’s a kids' playground 100m from the apartment right at the beach.
The apartment has a large balcony, main bedroom with ensuite, and air-conditioner in the lounge area. There is access to most streaming apps via Apple TV should you want to just relax and watch your favourite series or movies.

The parking space underneath has a 2.1m height limit and can be a squeeze. A BMW X5 4WD fits and is best reversed in.
Guests will have access to the entire place, parking and pool.
We are only a phone call or text message away. We are close by so are able to promptly assist where needed. Most of the neighbours are aware the apartment is an Airbnb and ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum. Thanks in advance :-)
Welcome to Mudjimba, Island sits about 1 kilometre (0.62 mi) off the coast. The island forms part of the suburb and is protected as part of the Maroochy River Conservation Park. The island is known as Old Woman Island, and is associated with an Aboriginal legend of two women who were stranded on the island and gathered the Midyam berries as food.
Sunshine Coast Airport is located adjacent to the suburb. Mudjimba is also home to the Mudjimba Surf Life Saving Club.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet building, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise, no parties & no pets. Quiet Hours are between: 9PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there is any disturbances.
NO SMOKING: Strictly NO Smoking/Vaping inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.
PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $500 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.

Prior to staying you will be required to fill out a form. The form will require photo ID verification of the main guest, as well as choosing between a security deposit/waiver. If the security deposit is chosen a small non-refundable administration fee is charged.

*** Apartment Regulations ***
Access:
− The foyer is for pedestrian access only.
− Re-entry to the units from the beach when wet and sandy must be via the basement – after showering and drying to remove sand.
− Re-entry to the property from the pool is acceptable through the foyer as long as every effort has been made to dry off – alternatively, entry is to be via the basement.
− Moving of possessions in or out, all deliveries, cleaners, carpet cleaners and tradespersons must always access the property via the basement – a lift key can be accessed from the onsite Manager when holding the lift for furniture is required.
− Surfboards, bicycles, scooters, trolleys and other beach items are not permitted through the foyer at any time.
− Out of respect for all other occupiers every effort should be made to close ALL doors and gates gently and not let them slam.
− All entry and exit doors and gates must be kept securely locked at all times to ensure building security is not compromised – do not give anyone that you do not know access to the property. If they do not have a key they are not allowed entry to the property.
− Access on arrival to units that have been let to the public is through the basement – where they can access keys as instructed by the owner or letting agent.
Individual unit conditions:
− At no times can washing or clothing be hung on the balcony railings.
− Noise and music should be kept to a minimum – audible to the unit being occupied only.
− Scooters or bicycles are not to be ridden in individual units or on balconies.
− All furniture must be fitted with noise suppression to legs and is not to be dragged around units.
− No caravans or trailers are to be kept on the premises.
Parking:
− Individual parks are numbered and allocated to each unit.
− Car parks can only be used for storing surfboards, bicycles and general items as per the approval of the onsite Manager.
Pool:
− Pool hours are 7.00am to 9.30pm.
− Children are to be supervised in accordance with Royal Life Saving recommendations that state some level of supervision for all children under 15 is required. This ranges from being in the water, within arms’ reach and actively supervising children aged 0 to 4 years, actively supervising from the water’s edge for those aged 5 to 10 years and regularly checking up on those aged 11 to 14 years.
− Strictly no diving, splashing jumping or running.
− The pool is for the use of tenants, unit owners and those that are leasing units.
− The pool gate must be kept locked and children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
− No food, glass or boards of any description are to be taken into and used in the pool area.
− Please ensure that you, the children you are supervising and any guests dry off before exiting the pool area.
− For safety reasons, no water is to be tracked through the property's tiled entry and foyer areas.
− Pool furniture is available from the common room for use by all. Please return all items you use and place them as they were found.
Awareness of these regulations:
− It is the responsibility of all occupiers to ensure that they and their visitors are aware of and abide by these regulations.
− For units that are let to the public it is the responsibility of the owners and/or letting agents to ensure that all people letting units and their visitors are aware of, sign off on, understand and abide by these regulations during the entirety of their stay as well as:
o Promotion in advertising for letting of units includes unit capacity numbers that are fair and reasonable to the property e.g. 3 bedroom = 6 pax / 2 bedroom = 4
or 5 pax.
o Provision of contact details for owners and/or letting agents so the onsite Manager (or an active body corporate committee member) can make contact at all
hours as necessary when breaches to the regulations or emergencies arise – anticipating that that owner and/or letting agents will be supportive to address
any concerns.
o Provision of appropriate bin bags, ties and instructions for the use of the rubbish chute.
Rubbish chute and recycling:
− All rubbish must be placed in an appropriate bin bag (one that will remain intact in the bin after the fall down the chute) securely wrapped and tied before being placed in the bin chute.
− The bin chute is for general garbage only – recycling can be placed in the yellow lid bins that are in the bin room on the right as you exit the front door on the ground floor.
− Items that are at ‘no time to be dropped down the rubbish chute’ include:
o Glass – please place in the recycling bins in the bin room at ground level.
o Seafood – please double wrap in plastic, tie off securely and place in the seafood only freezer that is located in the bin room at ground level. (Please contact the
onsite Manager for advice if the freezer is full)
o Fluids or food that may ‘explode’ in the bin on impact after the fall.
o Large or heavy items are to be taken to the public tip.
o Wrapping or packaging that can go to the recycling.
