Sweet Location

One of the first things you'll notice when you walk into this sophisticated condo is the relaxed open floor plan, which puts you instantly at ease. A wall of windows opens onto a spacious outdoor balcony. Be sure to set outside plenty of time to enjoy the outdoor living space; cook a meal on the gas grill while you unwind with cool beverages after a full, active day.

Inside, calming seaside hues, from the smooth, sand-toned wood floors to the tony taupe curtains and furniture infuses the entire condo with a sophisticated yet laid-back vibe. Rich red accents add artful pops of color throughout that put you in a celebratory frame of mind.

Relax on the chic chaise lounge while you catch up with the local news via the flat-screen TV. The matching couch folds out at night to provide extra sleeping accommodations if needed.

The adjacent dining area features a glass-topped dining table for those mealtime get-togethers. Your whole group can enjoy each others' company while sharing some freshly prepared local fare.

A breakfast bar with padded barstool seating transitions from the dining room to the open kitchen. The cupboards and drawers contain all you'll need to prepare and serve meals when you're eating in. Your full-sized appliances include a dishwasher, range-oven, refrigerator and microwave.

When it's time for some privacy, simply step down the hall to one of the two bedrooms. Each boasts a king-sized bed complete with designer bedding, a flat-screen TV and a ceiling fan to keep you comfy all night long. Roomy floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the balcony and seaside scenery.

Two bathrooms, one for each bedroom, complete the sleeping suite. Both feature a full-sized tub and shower units, lots of counter space for all your toiletries and a generous supply of fluffy towels. There's even a washer and dryer tucked into a streamlined space convenient to both bedrooms. Making Memories on Tybee Island

Your Sweet Location with Sophistication condo is near the south end of Tybee Island, so South Beach will probably be among your first destinations. This beach is a favorite with visitors and residents alike. South Beach hosts the iconic Tybee Pier and Pavilion. This sturdy wooden structure juts out high above the Atlantic surf, offering visitors a bird's eye view of the glorious seascape. You can stroll out along the wooden dock to the Pavilion proper where you can grab some refreshing ice cream treats from the snack bar.

Take the ultimate vacation selfie against the backdrop of this picturesque pier. If you like to fish, you can watch the dedicated anglers pull in their day's catch or drop a line over the side of the dock yourself.

If you're planning to spend the day at the beach, all the gear you need is available to rent at Tim's Beach Rentals. Chairs, sun umbrellas, or a beach cart to haul your stuff to the perfect spot on the sand are all on offer. Bicycle rentals are available as well. If you want to see some of the island's natural flora and fauna at your own pace, pedaling is a great way to go. If you prefer to go sightseeing on foot, rent a jogging stroller for the baby and explore at your leisure.

Kayaking is another great option for experiencing Tybee's natural landscapes. If you are new to paddling, you can sign up for a guided tour. Lessons, tours, and rentals are available from several local businesses. Explore the mouth of the Savannah River at the north end of the island or watch for native birds in the natural wetlands nearby. Paddle along Tybee Creek or Chimney Creek, two of Tybee's inland waterways. Some rental shops offer delivery service, bringing your kayaks to your launch spot, so be sure and ask when you call to reserve your gear.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.
The Pool is open during the below dates and times.

March 1 - Oct 31: Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm.
Nov 1 - Feb 28/29: Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm

Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.

Day before Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving Day, and the day after Thanksgiving
Day before Christmas Eve, Christmas Eve & Day, and the day after Christmas Day

Guests with Pets
This property happily welcomes your furry travel companions! Guests may bring up to 2 dogs, with a combined weight limit of 50 lbs.​​​​​​​ Pets must be added to your reservation at the time of booking, and a non refundable $130 pet fee will apply.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Our office will be in touch to schedule.
