About this property

Private Apartment Close to City

This trendy, self contained ground floor apartment has all the extras you need for your short or long term stay. It's spacious with a full sized kitchen, luxury fittings, quality cotton sheets and a private garden with outdoor seating and a BBQ. You'll have use of all areas with your own driveway (two parks), private entrance and courtyard.

A separate lounge/dining area is open plan and elevated with views over the city and indoor-outdoor flow. The bedrooms and bathroom open off a central hall and the huge master bedroom has a private courtyard.

The master bedroom has a king bed with an optional roll-away single, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a double and two king-singles.

Located just minutes from the city center in a quiet suburban street, and within walking distance to Waikato Stadium, Minogue Park, and Te Rapa Race Course. The bus stop and one of Hamilton's award winning cafe's and the bus stop are just a few doors away.

You will have use of our swimming pool and spa which are located in the main house garden.

NB: rates may vary at peak times.

Special conditions:
* This apartment can be rented as two or three bedroom. In both cases you have
exclusive private use.

* Owners live upstairs but are quite separate from the apartment.

We have a strict no noise policy after 9:30pm Sunday and week nights and 10:30pm Fri/Sat. The spa area - quiet chatter allowed as close to neighbours.

We had a wonderful week stay at Rosemary and Paul's place recently. The facilities were excellent - full kitchen, plenty of space, the house was lovely, beautifully decorated and in a great location. Check-in was easy and seamless and we enjoyed our stay very much.

The accommodation is immaculate. Set in an elevated position the views from the living space is open an far reaching. Kitchen is well-equipped all white goods (dishwasher, washing machine are pretty new). Good water pressure in the shower. We only used the two d. bedrooms they were perfectly set with good quality bedding, blackout curtains and really comfortable bebed

Amazing property

WOW!!! Absolutely awesome property. Spotlessly clean and tidy. 3 huge bedrooms. Everything you could possibly want was there. Access to swimming pool/hot tub. Short walk into town centre with bus available at end of Street if required. Cannot speak highly enough of this property. Owners Paul and Rosemary live above property but do not have a presence unless you need something. Then they respond instantly. This will certainly be my go to place next time we are in Hamilton. Hamiltonsomething.

Spacious well-equipped location with use of a pool!

We stayed with my brother and his wife who were visiting from overseas, our local grandchildren made short visits, enjoying the pool. Ample space for all, a nice big dining table, well-equipped kitchen, generous provision of towels, lots of hot water for dishes and showers. Location was quiet in a garden setting. The hosts couldnt be more helpful when I left cooking items behind. An absolute gem of an apartment. We hope to stay again.
