my apartment is completely ready for you to unpack your bags and relaxe Thier is also a IGA shop next door to the building.

Enjoy the flat screen TV with DVD player for those cold winter nights along with internet to keep you connected to your friends.

The bedroom has a double bed for a comfy night sleep there is also a spare double air mattress that can be utilised if needed and plenty of wardrobe space .

There is also a separate desk with lamp for anyone wanting to study.

The bathroom has plenty of space and a walk in shower.

The building itself is very secure and has great amenities for free. Gym, games room , sauna, outdoor pool, and barbecue area, Basketball court.

A laundry and rubbish Shute are on each level with easy access.

Tram stops are right out the front of building to take you to your shopping destination in the city or to have dinner in Lygon st and also the the Brunswick end of Lygon st is becoming famous for its restaurants , a night at the Casino or to study at Melbourne uni.

570 Lygon st is located at one of Melbourne's best know Italian food districts and just a 5 min walk away. Try my favourite cafe Cafe Correto which has been there for 2 generations, or do some clothes shopping or just grab a movie.
Also Brunswick St which is a 15 mim walk away or catch a tram to visit some funky shops and cafes.

Also if you're and ELVIS fan it is near by the Melbourne cemetery where they have a grave site of the king of rock and roll.
