With two bedrooms, living room and equipped kitchen, the house accommodates up to 4 people. Ideal location for service providers in the region or for those who want to spend a few days in the tranquility of the countryside. Just 12 minutes from Extrema - MG, a city with a mountain climate and landscapes in a privileged setting of the Atlantic Forest with waterfalls, springs, rivers, mountains, valleys and municipal parks that allow visitors to venture into extreme sports, hiking, contemplation and well-being, among other leisure activities in nature. Close to restaurants with typical Minas Gerais cuisine and the industrial hub of Extrema (Bauducco, Barry Callebaut, Centauro, Panasonic, Dafiti, Tok&Stok, etc.)
The house is also just 25 minutes from Bragança Paulista, an important city in the region with great leisure and cultural options.

A casa é uma ótima opção pra quem quer conhecer as redondezas, fica de fácil acesso a rodovia e supermercados, super limpa. E uma hospitalidade incrível, tinha até mimos na casa para nós !
