Lou Lou's Cottage is a stylish, comfortable, perfectly located home - sleeping up to 9 guests across 4 bedrooms. The games room with pool table and table tennis is also a bonus! The Scottish Arms Pub is just around the corner - walking distance - and Bowral town is a 3 minute drive! You will feel totally at home at this property which is immaculately presented, well equipped and well furnished!

Where will I be?
Lou Lou's Cottage is located in East Bowral, only 4kms from Bowral town centre. It is in an attractive residential area and is an easy walk to the Scottish Arms Hotel, which has good pub meals and atmosphere.
Indicative distances are: 4 km to Bowral, 8km to Centennial Vineyards, 12km to Bendooley Estate, 8 km to Mittagong, and 13 km to Berrima.

Lou Lou's Cottage will immediately make you feel relaxed and at home, in a casual, comfortable and stylish home. You will also immediately see how well supplied and equipped the house is. And if you want to be centrally located in Bowral / the Southern Highlands, then the location is perfect.
How is the property laid out?
The house is all on two levels.
Downstairs has two queen bedrooms, a large shared bathroom (with shower, bath and toilet), a separate second toilet, and a laundry with an additional shower. The living, dining and kitchen are all open plan and outside there is a huge rear entertainer's deck, and wrap around verandahs. The kitchen is equipped with a a Smeg coffee machine, please bring your own ground coffee if you would like to use it.
Upstairs has two dormer window style bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and one with 2 single beds and a double bed. The garage has been converted to a games room for the kids, with pool table and table tennis table.
Wi-Fi, internet, Netflix or pay tv- will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a backup plan.
What about outdoors?
Lou Lou's has a good sized garden with lawn areas and a cubby house - perfect for the kids to run around in. There is a huge rear entertainer's deck, and wrap around verandahs.
Keeping warm or keeping cool?
Lou Lou's Cottage has reverse cycle air conditioner in the living area and all bedrooms - for both heating and cooling. There is also gas central floor heating for winter. There is a gas fireplace in the loungeroom.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
High quality sheets and towels are provided at Lou Lou's.
Toilet paper, kitchen soaps, guest soaps and some other supplies are also provided, but please be prepared to top up during your stay as needed. Regarding food, condiments and the like, please plan to bring everything you need. For safety and hygiene reasons, our houses generally do not supply food items.
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is ample off street parking for 2 - 3 vehicles. Please park on the gravel. Please not also that the garage is a games room for the kids and is not available for use by guests.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
