9 bedroom building our second tower. Includes Roof Deck AC, Hot Tub on deck. PH has 3 bedrooms. Next level down is a 2 bedroom. Followed by a identical two bedroom. Both have AC in bedroom but Apt 402 has AC in living room. Second and first floor both have one bedroom apartments. Making 9 beds. All apartments but 102 have Hot tubs. All bedrooms have AC. You can have social functions on the roof(with in reason) there are several wifi points in building. There is a pay parking lot 2 blocks away. park lleras is 5 blocks. All Beds are queen beds. Every room has a wall safe. There is a supermarket across the street and plenty of transportation and ATM machines. We have someone that lives on premises in case of issue. Plus a security guard below that helps your guests.
