This is a very unique listing. It's a building inside Parque Lleras. 3 Bedroom PH. AC through out ultra modern. I do not think anything inside lleras itself compares. PH is a duplex. 2 bedrooms main floor, and 1 bedroom up on the roof. Best hot tub from all the places we manage. floor to ceiling windows. Just super place. Then one floor below a two bedroom. Another hot tub. AC throughout. Modern kitchen. Every bedroom here has in room bathroom wall safes in each. Please note this is not a elevator building it's 5th floor and 4th floor. There is no doorman. Both apartments have fantastic doors. Plus there are cameras. THERE WILL BE NOISE. Your in LLeras the bars are right downstairs. Please Please see this if a quiet night sleep is what you crave please ask for something else. However if you want to be in the middle of the PARTY....HELLO You found it.
