Great Point Village Loaction
This is the 3rd Point Village unit we've stayed at. The location at Point Village is excellent - right in front of the main beach. The unit has a beautiful view and is positioned so the afternoon sun is not hitting you on the balconies. We met the owner Angela at Bar-B- Barn in Negril which she also owns & manages. She made us feel comfortable and welcomed right away. After enjoying a pizza there Angela drove us to Point Village. She had provided us with coffee, milk, cheese, Red Stripe and other goodies, but the best part was the loaf of banana bread she made for us. The unit is as pictured in VRBO. Unfortunately the last renters damaged the couch, so Angela had a temporary bench in the living room which she said will be replaced with a couch. We asked for more cushions for the balcony chairs which she provided. The unit has everything needed including safety box, and Angela provided a local phone as we requested. Whatever we requested Angela quickly responded and provided for us. I would give this an excellent review once the couch, more cushions & temperpedic bedding materials are included. As there is only one restaurant within walking distance (Boardwalk) we were glad to hear Bar-B- Barn will deliver food or provide a free taxi to and from Point Village.
