The Space:
Offering 4 bedrooms, 3 with queens and 1 with 2 singles, 2 bathrooms and a third toilet with powder room. Bed linen and towels included. The large main bedroom overlooks the front balcony, perfect spot for relaxing in the morning, taking in the coastal ambiance.

Other features include quality kitchen with European appliances, coffee machine (coffee beans provided), pool table, ducted R/C Air-Conditioning and BBQ, Smart TV, sound bar, woofer and a stair chair lift.(permission required).

The kitchen overlooks the open plan living and large family dining area which opens onto back balcony with some sea views. Double garage under the main roof converted to a billiard room. Secure rear yard and New York style laundry.

Great Spot

Leafy Sea Dragon is in a great location. Close to beach and town centre. Townhouse is very spacious and suited the needs of 4 adults 2 kids The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to prepare your own meals.

Leafy Sea Dragon has the perfect location. A short walk to the beach and close to all shops and cafes in Port Elliot in a quiet street. The cleanliness in our opinion was not up to standard. The coffee table had old food marks and smears, as well as the table in the pool table room which also had grim like it hadn't been wiped. The cutlery draw had crumbs and not all glasses/plates were clean. There was old bread from previous guests and the pantry had strong smell. The floor was dirty - we tried to mop and vacuum but the vacuum had no suction and the mop was tiny for the space of the house and really needed replacing. The shower head in the bathroom needed to be replaced. No face washers - although this wasn't listed - towels were included All bedding was clean. It just felt like the entire property needed a good deep clean. Other than that it was a good stay

Spacious family base in great location

Lovely well-equipped house with everything set up perfectly for a family holiday. Lots of room. Easy walk to horseshoe bay, the bakery and the Strand.
