About this property

As you step through the front gate you will be welcomed by the beautiful tropical garden that leads you to the pivot glass front door of this architecturally designed home that is perfectly positioned just a stroll from the beach, bike path and Salt Village that is home to award winning restaurants and cafes.

The fully equipped kitchen features butlers pantry, gas cooktop, concrete breakfast bar and stainless steel fridge/freezer/ice machine. This area flows seamlessly out to the north facing entertainment area. Here you can enjoy a BBQ (Beef eater), pour yourself a cold drink from the outdoor under bench fridge and relax on the day bed or swim in the crystal clear fully fenced salt water pool. Or if you prefer some time away from everyone venture out to the south side of the kitchen to relax on the comfortable lounge and feel the cool breeze while you settle in with your favourite book.
Main living area includes 65' flat screen smart TV large comfortable lounge and dining table.
Upstairs you will find the 2nd living area, perfect for keeping the kids entertained with smart TV, board games and lounge.
The extra large master suite features king bed, large ensuite with free standing bath and large floor to ceiling windows with louvres.
Bedroom 2 and 3 consist of Queen beds and share a bathroom.
Bedroom 4 is downstairs includes a Queen bed, large 65' TV and built in robe and has access to the downstairs bathroom.
This eco friendly house has been designed to capture all the breezes and has ceiling fans throughout.
LINEN INCLUDED -Bath and Beach towels are provided, as well as sheets and bedding.

What an incredible home. It’s even better than the photographs. There are so many wonderful places to relax. Our whole family loved staying here and we are already trying to book again for next year!

Best holiday rental on the market without a doubt!

This property is perfect. It was so well stocked with everything you could ever need. The kitchen is absolutely fantastic and I had all the gadgets I needed for proper cooking. The kids loved it and there is plenty of space to separate the children and the adults. Easily the best holiday rental I have ever stayed at

Fantastic Property

This house was excellent. Superbly appointed and conveniently located a short walk from Salt Village. Multiple indoor and outdoor living areas and extremely comfortable for our family of 4. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect!

Words cannot convey how wonderful this property is! Even the beautiful photos on Stayz do not convey how spectacular it actually is. It is all that the photos promise, and more. The property was spotlessly clean, full of everything we might require from toiletries and ample kitchen staples to inflated pool toys by the pool ready for our kids. There are numerous areas for relaxing (including multiple outdoor daybeds / lounges for reading in the shade and beautiful indoor sitting areas both upstairs and down) and a beautiful pool and tropical garden. The house is huge, spacious, airy and beautifully appointed. It is just a few minutes walk to the restaurants and patrolled beach of Salt Village and a short drive to both Kingscliff and Casuarina shops. In short, perfectly located. Four beautiful bedrooms, three spacious bathrooms, a modern kitchen with everything you might need including coffee machine and Thermomix... We can’t wait to return!
