Views across the Gold Coast are framed from the wraparound balcony, while overlooking the glistening swimming pool and cabana below.

Entertaining is easy thanks to a spacious open plan living and dining area, flowing straight to the balcony. A sleek white kitchen centres around a breakfast bar, where guests can take things slow over their morning coffee. Easily cook up a feast on the BBQ and come together around the large dining table or outside beside the pool. The primary bedroom is a sumptuous retreat replete with a king-sized bed, direct access to the balcony and a luxuriously appointed ensuite bathroom with a rain shower.
