Beautiful getaway stay

We did a multi-family stay here for Thanksgiving and we absolutely loved the house. Everything was as advertised and the management was prompt and proactive. Everything was user-friendly, clean, and we loved the Christmas decor too! I highly recommend this place if you plan to be in the area.

We had an amazing time at the property. Between the large open family room to the beautiful trees to the privacy to the lake access to the game room and the awesome bedrooms, we had an amazing stay. Beautiful lakehouse and great location

The house was comfortable, well stocked and the owners were easy to communicate with. The kids loved the bunk room and games and appreciated the extra refrigerator and freezer in that room. The location is great, close to the sandy beach and downtown Grandbury. Definitely one we would book again!

Relaxing Get-Away

The trees surrounding the property were beautiful. The dock made for a pretty lake view, and we so enjoyed ping pong, foosball, and the backporch and breezeway for fun family time.

My friends gathered at this lovely home for a few days in early June. We had a wonderful time. We did feel the need to wash the sheets on the beds in the bunk house the first night because they looked like they needed washing. Other than that everything was as advertised.

Celebrating Christmas and Ringing in the New Year

This property was a perfect location for our family of 15 to celebrate Christmas and Ring in the New Year. The game room is a great place to entertain the young adults and children. It's also a great place for football fans to watch the games on the tv. The young enjoyed the bunkhouse while the older enjoyed the comforts of the home. The dining table is huge, perfect for a large group. It was a perfect setting for a large charcuterie board for New Year's eve. The outside deck is a perfect place for RELAXING! Overall our family enjoyed our stay!

Exceeded expectations!

This property was fantastic. House was beautiful with plenty of room. Bunkhouse with gameroom worked perfectly with our big family…kids loved it. House was clean and well furnished. Janelle had put up Christmas decorations which was a great surprise. Big deck area was really nice for activities. Plenty of outdoor area for games and kids activities. Double deck dock was easily accessible. We would have spent more time there except it was a little cold. Highly recommend this property. Janelle was easy to work with and very responsive over the weekend!

Perfect Family Reunion Location

Had such a wonderful time at this home. It is set back off the road and surrounded by trees which makes it feel very secluded. Loved the multiple outside areas for all of our activities. The BUNK ROOM was a game changer. The younger group played games, ping pong and fooseball for hours. The dock and upper deck were very comfortable and the view was beautiful. You could see the boat launch area from the deck! Very convenient for our family member that brought his boat. We couldn't have asked for a better home or location- 5 minutes from a family member's condo for additional water sports. PERFECT!!

Perfect for our needs - clean with lots of space and great location!

This home is so close to all the attractions in Granbury! Just a few minutes to the square with tons of restaurants and shopping, as well as the public sand beach. The house is very peaceful and clean, and the hosts thought of everything. The driveway is long enough to hold several cars. There is a deck out back with an outdoor kitchen and firepit (we didn't use either), lots of sitting, and a staired walkway down to the cove and dock for fishing. If planning to If bringing a boat, there is a launch not far away. The house has 2 bedrooms downstairs that share a bathroom (each room has a queen bed), and the upstairs has the primary bedroom and bathroom (with a king bed) and a landing/loft desk area with a game closet. A covered walkway outside leads about 10 feet to a detached garage and loft that has been converted into a living space and 4th bedroom/bunkroom. It had a living area/TV downstairs with a foosball table and ping pong table, as well as an additional refrigerator/freezer. The upstairs had its own full bathroom and a few beds - perfect for our teenagers to share. Overall, zero complaints. Thanks so much for your hospitality!

Nice home/ few concerns

This home was great for us because we had multiple teens who stayed up late in the bunk house. Plenty of space to sleep for everyone. The inside was extremely clean, stocked, and comfortable.We did have a few issues. The hot water in the bunk house never really got hot. I informed them and I think it will be fixed promptly. The driveway is very narrow. Do not pull in with a truck and boat. You won’t be able to get back out. There is a large tree/ bush at the end of the driveway and the neighbors rock wall across the street. Makes it very difficult to back out of the driveway with a boat on a trailer. The boat ramp is very close so I would just go ahead and take the boat down there and not bring it to the house.The outside has plenty of space and a nice deck. I will say, even though it’s a lake house there were lots and lots of cobwebs and dust outside. I took a broom and knocked a bunch of stuff down around the cooking area. It wasn’t a huge deal, but if you don’t like spiderwebs, it might be. The only other thing is the boat dock is very shallow water. There are lots of limbs and tree stumps down there so you have to be careful. But we have a 22 foot boat and were able to maneuver around fairly easy. Overall, it’s truly a beautiful place, beautiful trees, and a very nice home! I definitely think we would stay there again if we came back to Lake Granbury. We are just not huge fans of Lake Granbury because they don’t keep up with trimming stumps.
