Each bedroom has a king bed which can be split into 2 singles, plus an option for a rollaway bed, a total of 5 separate beds. 2 secure basement parking spaces. Pets will be safe in the fully fenced, private and secure courtyard (not possible for pets to escape). Free unlimited wi-fi, 40 inch digital TV with Netflix. Modern kitchen. A 12-minute walk to the centre of Canberra City and 100 metres away is a light rail stop that goes straight to EPIC.

We had a great stay and would happily give it five stars. The location was excellent and the property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful little touches, including treats for both the humans and our dog, a very nice surprise! A great apartment in the perfect central location close to a tram stop. Perfect for us to base ourselves here while then going out to meet up with friends and family. We will definitely be coming back here when we are down next.
