Cozy Skyline Entire Condo in Downtown - Across from Bell MTS Centre

Welcome you to our cozy condo in urban Glasshouse centrally located in Winnipeg downtown area, just across from Bell MTS centre. The entiire condo is available to our guest and its great for business travellers, friends and sports families to enjoy Jets games just across. This beautiful gem has a luxury bathroom, compact living room, full kitchen, and a cozy and enticing bedroom with beautiful day and nighttime views from within the unit at the 16th floor of the building.

Full one bedroom with a cozy queen bed. Living room has sofa bed, 50" smart TV with high-speed Wifi and free NetFlix already setup to go. Bedroom and living room have stunning views through 9ft high panel glass windows (ceiling to floor).

Parking:
There is paid parking in on-premise parkade. Street parking is free in the evenings and paid during the day.

Located within walking distance of our beautiful condo is the Bell MTS Centre (for NHL games and events), the historic Winnipeg Exchange District and The Forks, The Human Rights Museum, University of Winnipeg, RBC Convention Center, Burton Cumming Theater, Winnipeg Goldeyes Shaw Park and Concert Hall.

On-premises gym and theater room available 24-hours

Restaurants close by include: Browns Social House, Tim Hortons, Moxies, The Merchant Kitchen and Tavern.

Complimentary:
Coffee maker, tea, sugar, oat, salt, cooking herbs and spices.

Kitchen set:
Plates, bowls, cutleries, glass cups, mugs, microwave, kettle, and cooking pots. Complete set of kitchen utensils

Access to building/unit:
Secure access to building with keyfob (available in the unit after you self-check-in). Lost key fob cost $65 to replace. Concierge is present from 5:30pm until midnight daily.

Absolutely NO PARTYING of any type or form is allowed. This building is peaceful and there is zero tolerance for loud noise in this unit and entire building. Partying or excessive noise resulting in a noise complaint can attract HEFTY CHARGES and immediate eviction. The building has a security guard that walks up and down the halls to ensure safety and report high levels of noise or any disturbances. In the event a party is taking place, security will notify us and you will be asked to leave the premises immediately.

If you intend to book this unit to have any form of a partying or loud gathering we recommend to NOT book this unit. We will be notified and you will be evicted immediately and fine for offenders

Perfect Spot

Stayed here for 3 nights on a work trip and it was the perfect alternative to the hotels in the area. Booking, check in and communication from the owner was seamless. I didn’t arrive at the unit until just before midnight but the owner was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this property.

As the description states, this property is very quiet and secure. When we were out, exploring Winnipeg, we relaxed in the condo with a lovely view, and all the amenities that are described at the VRBO site. Thank you for your hospitality 😊.

Sweet little condo

The condo is small but had everything we needed for our getaway to see some Jets games. The location is perfect if you are attending anything at the Canada Life Centre. The check in was straight forward and Elizabeth was easy to get a hold of. Overall, we would totally recommend this condo.

In the heart of the city

Winnipeg centre city is busy during the day and alive at night. I chose based upon location using the condo as a home base. It was quiet and comfortable exactly as advertised. I will rebook when next i visit the city.

Small but mighty.

This apartment was is a Great Location downtown! Parking was easy but did cost around $12 a day. The space is small. No getting around that, is smaller than a normal hotel room so personally this space would not work well with more that 2 people. ON THE OTHER HAND, it is clean up to date and quiet. Great view of the city with the large windows and everyone I encountered was extremely nice and helpful! The building was beautiful and within walking distance of alot of great restaurants and bars. Would stay again with a friend or partner.

The unit we stayed in, the view was nice but overall very noisy, there was hair in the tub when we first got there, white stains on the couch, ripped curtain lining, bedding was still wet when we got there and many stains through out the pillow cases and sheets. The security and tenants living there aren’t the most friendly. If you want a safe space to visit would not recommend.

Nous avons adoré cet appartement. Nous y sommes demeurés pendant une semaine et avons bien dormi tout ce temps. Il y a une belle vue sur la ville par les grandes fenêtres, surtout le soir et la nuit. Il est facile de se rendre à La Fourche à pied, là où nous sommes allés nous restaurer régulièrement. Le transport en commun est accessible tout près de la rue de l’appartement pour les sorties plus éloignées. Il y a tout ce dont on a de besoin dans la cuisine et dans la salle de bain.

Great location, clean and simple unit

The host, Elizabeth was very prompt in getting back to me with any questions, the space was clean, comfortable and had a nice feel. It is VERY small which was unexpected. It is perfect for a couple or two people who don't mind sleeping in the same bed - the couch is a "pull out" but not ideal for sleeping. The location was great - tons of great restaurants nearby, parking was easy (get the parking app and then you are able to increase time from anywhere - even from bed!). We would stay here again!

Clean, modern & quiet space

Elizabeth's apartment is centrally located in downtown Winnipeg. The building is very new, clean and the unit has nice modern touches. Tons of natural light with floor-to-ceiling windows across one entire wall. The bed was comfy, shower had good pressure and it's nice that the couch can be turned into a sofa bed for those who have extra guests (we did not use it for that reason but a good perk). Everything was good. I would just recommend having the shower drain fixed as water pools everytime you shower. Nothing major - all in all, I would recommend this place!
