This luxury beachside condo offers a panaromic view of the Gulf of Mexico. Everything is brand new from top to bottom.This 2 bedroom, 2 bath is beautifully decorated with coastal furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen is fully equipped and breakfast bar open to the main living area. The living area offers a 55" flat screen t.v.
, sleeper sofa and loveseat with sliders to the screen balcony. The master bedroom has access to the screen balcony, as well as additional slider for enjoying those sounds of surf. This gated community offers many great amenities for all ages such as shuffleboard courts, volleyball sand courts, heated pool, 2- jacuzzi and 2-lighted tennis courts. ( WEEKLY STAYS ONLY- MAX. Nice but will not go back

Condo in fair condition. View was nice of the gulf but obstructed b/c of the foliage on the dunes. A lot of broken things in the condo (microwave handle/light, master screen slider door, master shower, broken fridge shelf) for the money. The beach was nice but gay beach right next to it- would not go back and do not recommend it for families, a lot of inappropriate activities. Pool nice but kids can’t have toys or use hot tub. Not the best option for families. It’s a nice area but will not pay the money to return to this location.

Sink in bathroom did,nt drain properly ,handle comming off microwave ,screen door comming off runner, 3 light bulbs needed replacement in bathroom, toilet not running well ,umbrella for beach broken

Nice Apt. with beautiful sunsets

We enjoyed our stay in this Apt. a lot. What we didn't like was that it wasn't 100% clean. We hab to clean the drawers before we could use them for our clothes.

Awesome Location/Great Unit

This unit is in a perfect location to the beach, tennis/pickleball courts, and the dock on the north side of the island. The unit is very clean and well-stocked with essential supplies. The complex is in a great location at the end of Treasure Island with easy access to the restaurants on St. Pete Beach and Publix on the island. My wife and I stayed the week Hurricane Idalia made its way through the gulf. The people at Sandcastle were very accommodating in allowing us to leave for a couple of days without cost to avoid the hurricane and to come back afterward. Great location and unit. We will definitely be back next year.
