Family friendly central cottage

This property is in the most central location you could possibly want. Located only 50 meters away from the main shopping center.
Walk to the Golf, Bowling RSL and Workers clubs as well as the many restaurants and Pubs.
You have three Queen bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge room.
The bath room is family friendly with a bath for the kiddos or those of us that like to have a soak.
Large laundry with washer and dryer and room to store all those suit cases and bags to keep you room free of clutter.
There is a large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar with 3 stools and a dining table with room for 6 diners.
The home is furnished with a mix of new and vintage pieces giving it a beautiful homely feeling you will feel at home in.
The property has a reverse cycle air conditioner in the kitchen dining area and an additional gas heater in the lounge room.

There is off street parking and a small enclosed yard.

A little Gem !

Wow... we were so thankful to be able to stay in this wonderful property. It suited our needs perfectly. Our trip was a very last minute trip and Tracy was awesome in accommodating us. Location right in the town centre and across the road from supermarkets and "coffee" :) was such a bonus. Would highly recommend. Wonderful !!

Just wonderful

This trip was a special birthday gift for our mum’s 85th birthday. The little cottage was perfectly positioned across from shops and a very short walk to the Main Street and all its shops. The house was well set out with everything we needed and Tracy was very helpful answering our questions before and during the visit. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back, but maybe in Summer. Thank you for making our Royal weekend so enjoyable.

Christmas in Goulburn

We wanted to be able to spend time with our father (currently in aged care in Goulburn). This house enabled us all to do that without the stress of having to worry about whether there would be anywhere open for us to eat. Beds were comfortable. As others have commented it can get warm at night - we are a family who take fans with us whenever we can - they were needed.

Property is well located for golfing events and central to downtown Goulburn. Off street parking accommodates three vehicles. Reversing out of the parking is a hassle with the property being in a light industry area and reversing into a busy street is difficult with the business next door parking close to the reversing lane beside the property. This issue is a council issue rather than a negative reflection on the property.
