Rinse off in the heated outdoor shower, and get ready for a day of relaxation. Play pool or table tennis in the rumpus room, watch Netflix on the couches upstairs, or battle over a board game at the dining table. Stay in the air conditioning, or open up the sliding glass doors and take it outside to enjoy the sea breeze and sunshine, with lunch cooked in the wood fire pizza oven and fully furnished outdoor BBQ area.
In the evenings, come together for dinner around a kitchen island so big everyone can pitch in to put the meal together, or relax on the outdoor deck chairs with a glass of wine to watch the sunset paint the ocean. Turn in at night after a long soak in the magnificent bathtub, and rest for the next day of exploring all that the gorgeous town of Culburra has to offer.

The location was amazing. Outside however, was a mess, the lawn was overgrown ans so were the trees ans it was dirty. Inside the downstairs fridge didnt work, the shower head was terrible, the linen for the kids was not provided and there were cockroaches and cobwebs everywhere. The hot water pressure was nearly non existent. Sure, we were close to the beach but we could have paid 6k for another listing and been just as close.

Several of the concerns raised are exactly the type of items that must be reported during the stay so they can be actioned immediately. Our booking terms require guests to notify us on the day of arrival or on the day an issue occurs so we have the opportunity to resolve it while you are in-house. If issues aren’t reported at the time, they can’t be verified or rectified during the booking.
In relation to cleanliness and pests: while our properties are professionally cleaned between stays, the terms also note that dust, cobwebs and insects can be present, particularly in coastal/regional areas and in less accessible spots.
We review all feedback internally, but comparisons to other listings at different price points aren’t a like-for-like measure. If air conditioning, garden presentation, or specific amenity standards are non-negotiable, we recommend selecting a property that explicitly advertises those features next time.

Great beach house to spend time with friends and family. We had eight humans and one doggo, and found that everyone had space.
I love that there are two kitchens, a covered outdoor dining and BBQ area and a bring pizza oven. In times of COVID when you may not want to be out to lunch and dinner, this property is ideal as there are so many cooking options.
There's also a slow cooker and an air fryer. Nespresso machine, and plenty of bath products, and high quality linens.
The only complaint I had was that the lawn maintenance was way overdue. The management company corrected that the very next day, and I have to say they are incredibly responsive.
The house is super close to the beach and has a fantastic balcony.
We'll book again if we go back to Culburra Beach. It's a great space.

What a beautiful property with open plan living, modern interiors, great kitchen amenities, quality Sheridan linen, mood lighting and the view of the ocean with its enchanting roar. Outside is huge outdoor area with additional cooking facilities and a wood fire pizza oven. Then there's a giant outer building where I lost at pool continually with my kids!
We stayed in the winter months, so the weather was wet and changeable but this was not a problem as my kids would just read on the lounge, take in a movie on the smart tv, study in the nook or hang out in the outer building playing pool or table tennis.
The property has 3 separate bedrooms, two on the ground floor and one upstairs with ensuite and walk in wardrobe. There is a sofa bed in the lounge area on the ground floor but no 4th bedroom.

This home does not state 4 bedrooms. It clearly states 3 bedrooms & a lounge room that has 2 sofabeds. You booked in the peak seas & all holiday places have higher rates in the peak seasons.
