Appartement très bien situé, proche des pistes et des commerces. Il y'a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. La literie est correcte. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires qui ont su résoudre rapidement les petits problèmes que nous avons rencontrés. Seul petit bémol : l'aération commune avec tout l'immeuble. Ce qui fait que nous avons parfois entendu la musique d'une boîte de nuit situé à proximité de l'immeuble.

L'appartement est très bien, très fonctionnel et correspond en tous point au descriptif de l'annonce. Le contact avec la propriétaire est très agréable, et celle-ci est réactive. La remise des clés s'est effectuée sans aucun problème. Le parking inclus a proximité est également un plus si vous venez par la route. Accès aux pistes rapide, compter 5 grosses minutes de marche. Je recommande !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille dans ce petit appartement très bien agencé. Tout est optimisé pour rendre notre séjour le plus confortable possible dans les 20m2 disponibles pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. La cuisine est très bien équipé et la salle de bains agréable. L'accès aux pistes est proche et les commerces sont aux pieds de l'immeuble.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine aux Arcs chez Mme VIAL 2/2018. L'appart est très bien équipé avec de l'électroménager de marque et ustensiles de qualités ce qui apporte un confort d'utilisation. On a juste regretté de ne pas avoir de lave linge car avec 2 enfants on a été obligé d'aller à la laverie automatique mais qui est juste en bas de l'immeuble. Le canapé est de bonne qualité de couchage. Donc je dirai, logement un peut petit (20m²), mais très fonctionnel, joliment décoré et aménagé neuf. Rien à redire. Bonnes vacance à tous

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine de vacance dans ce studio qui est parfaitement équipé (four micro-onde, lave vaisselle, plaque vitrocéramique, wifi, télé...) Situé pratiquement au pied des pistes et des restaurants cela permet de ce déplacer sans marcher longtemps. Le Parking est également très bien situé (utile lorsque l'on doit décharger ou charger la voiture). Le déroulement de la reservation et de la location m'a parfaitement été expliqué par le propriétaire. C'est avec grand plaisir que je reviendrais l'année prochaine. Cordialement. Vincent Chenu

Lovely apartment- very cosy and well maintained. Great location in Les Villards (less than a 5 min walk to the gondolas). Bars, restaurants and shops at the front door. Anne was a delight to rent from. Responded very quickly to all of our queries, nothing was too much trouble and ensured we knew who to contact when we arrived, how to access the apartment and suggested places to visit while in Les Arcs. I cannot praise her enough. The apartment is quite cosy, so it would probably suit a maximum of 2-3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Les Arcs 1800 itself was amazing- we will be back!

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine à 4 dans ce logement. Il est bien équipé propre et accueillant . Il faut être bien organisé avec 4 skieurs car les mètres carrés sont comptés! Salle de douche et wc séparés sont bien appréciables ! La proximité des restaurants sans avoir aucune nuisance sonore est aussi un vrai plus

Juste parfait

Nous avons séjourné à 2 ds cet appartement récemment rénové. Les équipements sont très complets, appareil à raclette, lave-vaisselle, four combiné, bouilloire, grille-pain,.... Les produits d'entretien sont fournis. Il y a un rangement pour les skis dans l'appartement. La situation est excellente, l'immeuble donne sur la place haute des villards ou se trouvent quantité de restaurants et de terrasses et tout prés des commerces. L'appartement lui-même est opposé à la place des villards et 3 étages plus bas. Le parking est situé sous la place des villards. Au niveau de l'accès aux pistes de skis, les télécabines des Transarcs sont à 150 mètres à pied. De là on peut basculer vers Vallandry et la Plagne ou vers les Arcs 1600 et 2000 en quelques minutes. Un très bon point de départ pour les Arcs :-)

Un studio formidable pour un séjour parfait

Nous avons passé une semaine superbe (à part pour le manque de neige), en grande partie grâce à ce studio: très bien situé tout près des pistes et à proximité des commerces et restaurants de Arc 1800. Parfaitement équipé et décoré, nous avons énormément apprécié l'attention des propriétaires, toujours disponibles, précis dans leurs renseignements et attentionnés: bravo et merci pour les indications dans le studio, et pour la place de parking incluse, un must surtout aux Arcs! Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr!

Le studio est très bien équipé et bien aménagé. Tout est pratique, propre et de bon goût. La situation est parfaite, près des commerces et remontées, mais un peu à l'écart, au calme. L appartement était agreable, conforme aux photos. Il était bien équipé et surtout très bien situé: aux pied des pistes et des commerces.Si nous revenons sur les arcs 1800 nous recontacterons les propriétaires ( sympathiques et tres bien organisés : bail, descriptif, informations diverses...) . Nous n avons pas eu la chance d avoir un grand ciel bleu tous les jours... Mais nous avons tout de même passer de bonnes vacances.

Excellent séjour

Studio tres bien situé , parking accessible facilement (ce qui est précieux aux arcs), tres bien équipé, décoré avec goût. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et nous ont fourni des indications précises pour l'accès au studio et ont toujours répondu rapidement à nos questions. Bref, tout était réuni pour passer un excellent séjour . Nous reviendrons !
