As you step into the beach house, you are immediately greeted by an airy and open living space. The windows flood the room with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The interior is decorated, reflecting the laid-back beach lifestyle. The house boasts spacious bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and relaxing environment.

The Space:
The soft and breezy furnishings, combined with the soothing colors, contribute to a sense of calmness and tranquility. From the cozy beds, you can enjoy your stay. The large veranda is the perfect spot to start your day with a cup of freshly brewed coffee, as you take in the breathtaking sunrise. A private swimming pool invites you for a refreshing dip or a lazy afternoon lounging under the warm sun.

Guest Access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.

The Neighborhood:
The town is surrounded by a tranquil and picturesque atmosphere.

Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.

Other Things to Note:
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.

The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.

Interaction with Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
