The Space:

Snow settles quietly into the evergreens as you step inside, boots off, warmth rising from the fireplace after a day on the mountain. Outside, the forest is hushed beneath winter white, while inside the condo feels calm and inviting, a comfortable place to slow down between ski runs and evenings out. With the slopes just beyond the door, your days naturally follow the rhythm of Whistler’s winter season.



This entire two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is located in Woodrun Lodge, offering true ski-in/ski-out access along Merlin’s ski run with quick connection to the Blackcomb Gondola. You stay close to the action while enjoying a quieter setting in the Upper Village, surrounded by trees rather than crowds.



Living area

The main living space is designed for relaxed winter evenings. Large windows frame forest views, bringing in soft daylight during the day and a sense of quiet once the sun sets. After skiing, you can settle onto the couches, light the gas fireplace, and unwind with a movie or conversation. A private balcony extends the space outdoors, offering crisp mountain air and a peaceful view of the snow-covered woods.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals at home, whether you are making a quick breakfast before first tracks or a shared dinner after a full day on the slopes. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dedicated dining area create a practical and comfortable space for gathering. The dining table seats six, making it easy to linger over meals and plan the next day’s adventure.



Sleeping arrangements

The primary bedroom features a king bed and a window looking out to the trees, creating a restful place to recharge. An ensuite bathroom includes a bathtub and shower combination. The second bedroom offers flexible sleeping with a tri-bunk setup and an additional trundle bed, well suited for families or friends. A second full bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower adds convenience and privacy.



Building amenities

Guests have access to Woodrun Lodge’s shared amenities, including a heated outdoor saltwater pool and a large hot tub that can be enjoyed year-round, especially welcome after winter days on the mountain. The building also offers a gym, elevator access, underground parking, and secure ski and bike storage. The condo itself is single-level with no stairs inside.



Location and getting around

From the ski locker room, you can head directly onto the run and ski back to the building at the end of the day. Whistler Village is about a 10-minute walk or a short ride on the free shuttle, making it easy to enjoy dining, shopping, and après-ski before returning to the quieter Upper Village.



This condo offers a comfortable base for winter stays in Whistler, combining easy ski access, thoughtful amenities, and a setting that feels tucked into the mountains rather than removed from them



Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the ski locker room and building amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness centre, and front desk service. The building features an elevator from the parkade for easy access. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival, with keycard access provided via the front desk or lockbox for after-hours arrivals.



The Neighborhood:

The Woodrun Lodge is one of Whistler's most sought-after locations. It is conveniently located close to the lifts on Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village and features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. Enjoy the serenity of the mountains, with a short 10-minute walk, or a 5-minute free shuttle to Whistler Village. Access the ski-in/ski-out via the ski locker room to find yourself at the Blackcomb Gondola in a matter of seconds! After a day on the hill skiing, hiking or biking, enjoy a soak in one of Whistler's largest hot tubs at this four seasons property.



Getting Around:

• Direct access to Merlin’s ski run from the rear of the property

• 10-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont golf course

• 20-minute walk or 5-minute cycle to Lost Lake

• A 2-minute walk to the small Upper Village Market

• A 5-minute drive to Fresh St. Market for your grocery needs.

• Free village shuttle (Route 5) Leaving from the reception, walk for two minutes, and then turn right at the junction, you will see the shuttle stop



Other Things to Note:

• No air conditioning. Fans are provided for all bedrooms.

• Skis and bikes are not allowed inside individual units. Secure, shared mountain bike & ski storage available – bring your own lock.

• Maximum parking clearance is 6'8 in the underground parking. There are 3 over-height parking spots located by the cul-de-sac on Spearhead Place available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No parking pass is required as Whistler Municipality manages the spaces. You must park between the parking signs or you may be towed and/or ticketed.
