What is the cancellation policy?

Please read our Cancellation policy carefully as it depends on which resort you book through us according to the name of the Developer:

Our cancellation policy is you can make any changes or cancellation 61 days or more prior to your arrival, once you are within 60 days there is no changes or cancellations allowed; There is a cancellation fee of $ 50 regardless to pay in the event of a cancellation.

61 days plus from check in = 100% refund - $50 cancellation fee

60 days or less from check in = NO Cancellations +$50 cancellation fee

Our 1,400 square foot 2-bedroom villa is an excellent vacation rental option for families who need space to spread out or those traveling with friends. After a day of adventure, throw your clothes in the wash then take in the mountain views from your private patio or balcony. Prepare a gourmet meal in the comfort of your fully-equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances before enjoying it in the 6-person dining area. A master bedroom with a king bed and spacious ensuite bathroom and a guest bedroom with a king or two twin beds offer plenty of privacy and space. Whatever it is that brings you to Lake Tahoe, we want you to settle into the comfort of a vacation rental that has it all. Please note: Floor plan and amenities may vary. A small selection of our two bedroom villas have two queen beds in the second bedroom.
