Beautiful and spacious luxury apartment facing the mountains of Campos do Jordao.

It is very well located near the main attractions of the city, but still somewhat isolated, offering peace and quiet.

No worries of traffic and you can stroll around quite comfortably.

Being 800m away from the main attraction of the city, the Baden Baden bar and restaurant, you can even walk to downtown, it you probably should. It takes around 15 minutes by foot.

The Space:
The place is perfect for visiting and spending a weekend with friends and family. Beautiful views of the valley can be seen from its balconies.

The house has heaters, fireplace, balconies on both sides, and you can walk to the centrinho of Capivari, Baden Baden, etc. It's 10 minutes away by foot.

The apartment has great cutlery, crockery and kitchen equipment. Broadband Internet with Wifi throughout the house, a Smart TV with Netflix (to use with your own account) and Youtube.
 
You will also be able to relish some sporting action in the games room present in the building. Playing with the punching bag or playing table tennis with your friends can be an excellent option on a rainy day. You will find the games room at the basement floor of the building.

The apartment is very complete and equipped, offering everything one requires in his everyday life. Be it a washing machine, an iron for your clothes or a TV.

We offer equipment to make your own Fondue, filtered water, water heating system and electric heaters. Blankets, linens and towels can be hired optionally. All your basic needs (and more) will be fulfilled spending some quality time with your loved ones in this apartment.

We offer two parking slots so your group can come in all comfort. Please let us know if you need to hire a driver or rent cars.

You will have access to the whole house, including all rooms, utensils and equipment.
 
We can arrange for a person to help you cooking and with cleaning, daily if desired.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the whole apartment to yourself and your group. You can also enjoy the common barbecue area, that offers a ping pong table and a living room with views of the Mountains.

Our home is close to Capivari, the heart of Campos do Jordão, where you’ll find the best restaurants, cafés, and little boutique shops. Take the kids on a cable car ride for breathtaking views, enjoy a family meal at one of the famous fondue spots, or just wander through the lively streets, soaking in the festive atmosphere. There’s always something happening here—live music, artisanal markets, and plenty of fun for all ages.

If you prefer a quieter setting, Vila Inglesa is the perfect escape. Surrounded by lush green hills, it’s a peaceful neighborhood where you can start the day with a nature walk, go horseback riding, or simply relax with the fresh mountain air. It’s close enough to Capivari to enjoy the buzz of the city but tucked away enough to feel like your own private retreat. The views from the apartment are great!

Weather is very pleasant, specially for those who prefer a mountain atmosphere, always a bit colder than São Paulo and the other main cities in Brazil.

June til August are the months of high season, period with the lowest temperatures.

You can find many activities to do in the city, such as horseback riding, city tours, traditional train drive and etc. There is a lot to see!

Getting Around:
We like the possibility to go to Capivari's Downtown by walk. At the famous Baden Baden!

We always leave the car at home and go by walking. =)

Other Things to Note:
R$ 20 per person for bed linens and towels (optional, until change)
R$ 5+ for blankets/covers (if bed linens requested. Just blankets it's R$ 15 per person)

Change can be requested with anticipation or it will be made each 5 nights.

2 of the 4 showers in the apartment use tank water heater. One for each room.

This means each room offers a certain amount of hot water (two 15 minutes showers that are not extremely hot will certainly do). At some point after this, hot water in the boiler will run out. It takes around 4 hours for levels to be full again.

Please watch out as the water comes very hot. You need to open the cold water too and take care not to get in touch with the very hot water. When you turn it off, first turn the hot water off and then the cold one.

We have two electric showers (one in the Suite in the middle, one in the room next to the kitchen) so there`s always hot water for you.

The most important House Rules are:

* Silence from 10pm till 8am
* Social visits must pre-approved by sending photos of their IDs for Building authorization with anticipation and are limited from 8am until 10pm strictly and up to 2 people at the same time in the property, maximum of 4 people per day. Maximum time to enter the apartment is 9pm.
* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in
* Our check-in time ends at 9pm. Subject to availability, we might be able to assist you outside of regular hours. In this case there's a fee: 70 BRL from 9pm to 0am and after that 100 BRL.
* At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.

We live in São Paulo and have our caretaker to help us with your check-ins and check-outs. We are always accessible via phone, email and messages.
