loved the atmosphere of the Inn and conversational moments with staff and very kind. A beautiful quaint stay bucket list memories for mom and son trip plus sight seeing and a quick stroll to a coffee shop. Supplies are at the Inn, cookies too sodas and we loved this vibe too.
The towns Inn was a unique, clean, convenient and relaxing place to stay. It was in walking distance of all of the attractions historical Harpers Ferry has to offer. The staff was very friendly and accessible. We had a very enjoyable time.
We loved our stay! Its a historic building so it has its quirks but that's one of the reasons we enjoyed the stay. It's right in the historic area of Harpers Ferry so you can walk to all the restaurant's and right down the hill to the river. Highly recommended and we will defiantly stay again!
We loved our trip to Harper’s Ferry and couldn’t have asked for a better location. Our room was on the ground floor and our doors opened out to one of the best restaurants in the neighborhood. It was great being so close to all the shops and restaurants. The views were stunning and it was very easy to get to several trails in the area. Check in and check out were very easy. It was also clean and quiet (except for the train which can’t be helped). Would definitely stay again.
Harper’s Ferry is such a unique and beautiful historic town. The Town Inn is right in the middle of everything beautiful. Staff all so welcoming helpful and kind. Had a wonderful time. Only ask - the bed in Friendship suite needs help. Not sure if mattress or support but needs to be fixed or replaced. Didn’t get any rest.
This building was built in 1820; the setting and rock walls are beautiful. However, I suspect those walls are also the reason for the very musty smell of the room. There is a great air conditioner that helps, but even after we bought some air freshener, it still smelled musty. We awoke to two large earth worms crawling on the floor - I have no idea where they came from. It needs some maintenance.
Lovely room in the heart of town. Kitchen privileges are a nice touch. Parking is a hassle, but that’s on the town, not the owner. If you are visiting Harpers Ferry, this is a great option.
