From Sunrise to Sunset, Bayview will provide you with everything you need to enjoy your stay. From comfortable beds to having an espresso on the outside terrace. Then when the urge strikes to have the refreshing swim, simply step out your back door and head down to the jetty, or jump in the car and be at the world famous white sands of Hyams beach at Jervis Bay in only five minutes.

Set on a single level (with stairs leading to the large back garden) the whole family can relax inside comfortably in any kind of weather with the air conditioning in the main living areas. Enjoy the spacious living room with Foxtel and Soundbar. When mealtimes come around, cook up a storm on the BBQ to enjoy on the outdoor dining table and enjoy the beautiful sun as you take in the views.

Once you’re fed and rested gather on the terrace or dangle your toes off the Jetty in the soothing cool waters whilst you enjoy indulging in the serene spectacle of the changing evening sky. No matter how you choose to spend your time in this idyllic paradise, Bayview ensures that the memories you create will be cherished for a lifetime.

- Bedroom 3 is a Tri-Bunk (1 double below and 1 single on top), and 1 x Single Bed.
- We supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.

We didn’t know this area and found the house to be in a very convenient area for exploring the beautiful beaches nearby. The kitchen was well stocked with salt and pepper etc. Although it didn’t bother us this time, some of the flyscreens were damaged or in need of replacement.

Lovely beaches ⛱️

Very nice house, property close to lots of beautiful beaches, close to shops. Booderee National Park was absolutely stunning.

Overall the property was good (Location/Amenities etc). I emailed the first day in about the cockroach problem in the kitchen and about how dusty everything was although no one got back to me. you really need to address this problem, I would not hire this house again because of this.

Long weekend

Property was easy to access with great views and access to the water. The items available in the kitchen were a fantastic idea and well catered to the needs of a holiday home! The property was generally neat and tidy however the garden/lawns needed attention and so did the cobwebs everywhere! We had a massive issue with one of the bedrooms! The room that contained bunks and single bed was awful the smell of mould was unbearable and the shuts had mould on them. The kids were unable to stay in that room due to the smell and health risks associated (we have a child with chronic asthma/allergies) the real estate was great with sending out house cleaning to change all bedding however the mattresses were the problem with a very strong odour and need replacing! Overall the house is nice but not a great weekend when you have to squish kids in beds with parents and on the couch that was disappointing.

We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.

As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.
