This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit (located in the Forester building) sleeps 4 people and is just steps away from Eagle Lodge! Enjoy all the comforts of home with a full kitchen, dining room and living room. The bedroom offers a king size bed. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper and there is a bunk bed (kid size bunk bed) just off the dining room. Relax after a day on the mountain in one of the complexes many Jacuzzi and pools (summer only). Summit 45 offers free WiFi and underground parking (garage clearance is 6' 9"). This unit is pet friendly! One pet allowed, additional pets by approval only, please call. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. Super convenient location

This was a perfect place for us - less than 5 min walk to Eagle Lodge, dogs allowed, a hidden bunk bed set up etc. I'd definitely rent again!

Everything we needed for a week long stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We don’t have a pet, and didn’t know what to expect from a pet friendly rental. It was hair and odor free... no sign of pets having been there except for the large basket of dog food by the fireplace. We were pleasantly surprised. We had a very comfortable stay.

cozy property, a bit old

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall very comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen sink was broken as was the dish washing machine. The complex also has very poor cell reception. Despite these things, being a short walk from the Eagle lift makes this a decent option for a snow weekend get-away.
